So, I recently had a bit of a problem with my Genius Pack. You know, the one from geniuspack.com? Yeah, that one. Anyway, I was all set to go on a trip, had my bags packed and everything. But guess what? The pull handle on my bag decided to break. Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, how am I supposed to go anywhere without a functioning pull handle?

Now, I've taken this bag on two flights before and it was all good. But this time, it just couldn't handle the pressure. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. I mean, I expected better from a brand like Genius Pack. You know, they're supposed to be all about innovative travel gear and whatnot.

So, I had to figure out how to get the pull handle fixed. I tried contacting customer support, but let me tell you, that was a whole other ordeal. It took forever to get a response, and when I finally did, they weren't much help. They just told me to send the bag back for repairs. Like, seriously? I don't have time for that. I needed a quick fix so I could get on with my trip.

In the end, I had to resort to some DIY solutions. I managed to rig up a temporary fix using some duct tape and a lot of patience. It wasn't pretty, but it did the job. I was able to use my bag for the rest of my trip, but I have to say, it was a major inconvenience.

Overall, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with my Genius Pack experience. I expected better quality and durability from their products. I mean, come on, a broken pull handle after just two flights? That's not what I signed up for. And don't even get me started on the customer support. It was a whole mess.

So, if you're thinking about getting a Genius Pack, I would proceed with caution. Maybe mine was just a fluke, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. Make sure you check the pull handle before you take it on any trips, or you might find yourself in a sticky situation like I did.

The Genius Pack from geniuspack.com is a pretty good bag, I gotta say. It's just the right size, not too big and not too small. And it looks pretty nice too, I must admit. I really like how it helps me stay organized with all its different compartments and stuff. It's a real game-changer in that department.

But here's the thing, the wheels on this bag are a bit of a letdown. They're falling apart on me, which is a real bummer. I mean, come on, if you're gonna make a bag and claim it's top-notch quality, you should at least offer replacement wheels, right? It's not like I wanna throw the whole bag away just because the wheels are acting up. That would be a waste, 'cause the bag is still pretty nice overall.

So, yeah, Genius Pack, you've got some great features going on with this bag, but you really need to step up your game when it comes to the wheels. Offer some replacements, man. Don't leave us hanging with a broken bag. That's just not cool.

I bought two G4 carry on spinners item#504 joust over a year ago and the wheels are fallin apart. I contacted the company and they told me they changed their policy about repairs and replacin parts cuz of Covid. They said I could buy a whole new suitcase for 50% off. That's just ridiculous! Why would I wanna buy another product that's gonna fall apart? I'm so disappointed.

My order has been apparently lost and I cannot get ANYONE from Genius Pack to return a call. UPS is stating that the order is “delayed” and has been saying this since July 30. GP sent the shipment July 21. UPS now wants the sender to submit a claim but I can’t get anyone’s attention at Genius Pack to talk, text, or answer new emails. They state it basically isn’t their problem.
