On 08/07/2023 I was traveling on I-295 a car in front of me tried to avoid an object in the road, the back tire hit the object causing it to fly into the air hitting the driver side of my windshield. I reported and was told I did not have the proper coverage. I went back and forth with the agent because I request when I first came over to Geico to fully cover my car. This incident let me know I did not have the right coverage. I had it added to my policy.

I called one company to get an estimate on repairs, I did not like the customer service, I had not called for other estimates I do not want to take the first offer without getting other estimates.

On 08/15/2023 Driving down I-95 an object fell from the overpass it hit my windshield near the middle towards the passenger side, I reported and was told I was responsible unless I show I had the first part of the windshield fixed, I haven't had time to get other estimates this happened seven days apart.
