would not recommend!
The customer service is always busy and it's impossible to reach them and it takes forever to contact them via phone. I sent them emails several times regarding my issue and got replies in 7 or 8 days. Emails only contain pdf files with errors and nothing more.
That's really irritating to know that no one will help you with your issue and all they will do is redirect you to someone else.
missing order
DO NOT TRUST this site. If I could give zero stars to post a review, I would, My son customized an Xbox 360 controller and we ordered it on Saturday 12/21. The site says 6-10 business days to process before shipping so I did not expect it to arrive before the new year.
Excluding the holidays, there have been 15 business days since we placed the order. It is now January 14. Three weeks after Christmas and my kid still has no gift, or even any idea when or if it will arrive (and he is asking me every day if I have gotten an answer).
The web site only says that the order is "in process" and its estimated shipping date calculator "spins" eternally.
I have called their customer service number. No one answers, it just repeatedly cycles a voice mail message recommending that you email them and promising a response to emails by the end of the next business day. Nope. Nothing. I have sent several emails with no response. I paid $185 for vaporware.
Higher orders around the holidays are not an excuse. Viable businesses plan for such events. I am so sick and tired of businesses blaming their blatant failures on unexpected "success."

Bad customer service
I ordered a modded controller from Gamermodz and I am waiting from last 15 days and still not received. Finally I decided to cancel my order for gaming mod controller from Gamermodz and I surprised that I am not able to cancel my order because they said your controller has been sent to you.
My experience with Gamermodz is terrible. They are doing fraud with their customer and the customer support is pathetic. I do not understand what I should do. Gamermodz is a horrible company for me. Please help me or suggest me what I can do against them?

I'm kinda scared this might happen to me, i ordered my controller and the payment went through and it gave me a order number but when i'm on my account it says i haven't ordered anything?

Well, I just ordered a controller yesterday without reading this... I think o regret it already. ..
I ordered my controller on the 26th of January and now it march 6 and still no controller. I have tried contacting and calling them several times by email and phone and only got one response back saying my order was being shipped out on the next truck and that was like 3 weeks ago. There company is a joke and I still wonder if I am ever going to get my controller or not. Worst company I have ever seen.
We are in the same boat. They took our money and have not shipped the controller. I have contacted the Tampa Police Department and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. How is this place not shut down and the owner not in jail?
I ordered 3 controllers on 12-6-11 they sent me automated emails thanking me for my order.. here it is the 12th day of Jan. 2012 and I still haven't gotten an e-mail nor what I ordered.. I've e-mailed them and called them several times and not a response.. I checked my bank statement to make sure my order was processed, it was 2 days later and a different number was attatched to the amount that was taken out.. I called the number and it was the owners direct number.. Left a message and still no response.. I am going try my hardest to either get what I ordered or get my money back and go some where else..

ordered a controller for christmas and have had the same experience. UGGG I wish I read this prior. I plan on fighting the charge if I can with CC company. Please all write in to Better Business Bureau in FL and complain!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company ever! I ordered a modded controller for my son in October 2011 and it was was promised to ship in 48 hours. It is now December and almost 2012 and I haven't gotten anything yet. They NEVER answer the phone but they reply to emails with tons of excuses such as "we are waiting for parts from Japan". My 11 year old son is heartbroken. This company is a scam!
