I bought 9 Peter Max pieces of Art from this company in 1994 and 1995 through their representative Harold Sendel. Even after almost 30 years these pieces are not worth the appraised value provided by Galerie Concorde, Inc. through appraiser Juris Poruks. I paid $17,820 USD total for all 9 pieces. Appraisal value provided was $25,100 USD. Current value after 28 years is $6,300 USD. Art work has not gone down in value, it has actually gone up. The appraisals and the charges by Galerie Concorde were false and greatly inflated.
Desired outcome: Since the current value is $6,300 and I paid $17,820 I would like $11,520 refund plus $5760 in interest.
