Julio Carrillo was a real lifesaver for me, I tell ya. I didn't even realize that my passport had gone and expired on me, and here I am, all set to jet off to Mexico City on January 10th. Can you believe it? Well, I stumbled into the office without a clue, no airplane confirmation info, and not a single new passport photo in sight. Throughout the whole ordeal, Julio was as cool as a cucumber. Patient, understanding, and oh-so-helpful. I was a bit of a mess, I won't lie, but he kept his cool and made sure everything worked out just fine. I can't thank him enough for his outstanding service. Great Customer Service! I had a lil' issue to fix on my VISA application (my bad), and G3 was super quick to respond and fix it while my VISA application was being processed! They got in touch real fast after I placed the order, assigned a personal rep to help me out, and managed to correct, submit, and return the VISA application even faster than they promised. They sent my passport back in a super secure envelope, with a brand spankin' new plastic case for the passport itself. We received our passport on time, but I will never use this agency again. Our main contact person was often rude and lacked patience. Whenever I called her, it seemed like I was bothering her. For a payment of $800, I would have expected much better service and at least someone who pretended to be friendly. I have used Rushmypassport.com five times before and had a wonderful experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share this one. We all lead busy lives, and when we pay for a service, it should be delivered with kindness.
