too numerous to list, but here i go. the marriage wall was not fully insulated around the perimeter. one can only imagine the heat loss. the stove was damaged, but more importantly someone tried to hide the damage. the finishers saw blade was so dull, it set off the smoke alarms numerous times. this destroyed our oak trim. the manufactuerer ran out of our tile selection so they just installed whatever they had with asking us. the refridgerator bangs when turning off. the carpet seams had missing fibers at the seams and had an arc ( like a frown).it also crunches and creaks as you walk.the hearth at the fireplace was cracked AS DOES THE REPLACEMENT. the mantle was loose. the kitchen faucet was dented. the shower had screw threads impressed in it. the garden tub is cracked in two spots. the heat barely flows in the bathroom. do you like cold bathrooms? the wiring in the basement was wired incorrectly. the basement door was never insulated or caulked. the water lines were left against the outer wall behind the joist insulation and froze. they broke our one day old concrete porch, drilled six inch holes in my roof to run one 12 gauge wire and damaged my lawn mower and its wagon. the custom garage trim has been damaged and its impossible to prove they did it. the six stone base porch pillars were actually going to be four plastic pillars before they were asked to stop construction. actually fired from that portion of construction. we were told we would be in by november first 2009 and today is january 19, 2010. the bank wont give us the money to pay for it and wants us to release them of liability before we can have the money. is this extortion? we are exhuasted financially and mentally. not to mention i am the one repairing whats left because they just ar not capable. do not under any circumstances purchase a manufactured home from these companies. we wanted a new home with undamaged parts not duct work hanging from electric lines and water systems at the bottom of the stairs. nor broken cabinets or awful drywall fitting.

I am finding the rim joist under all our exterior doorways and patio doors have rotted out. In order to fix it right we have to take all the porches and decks off which is not going to be an easy job. Come to find out they never used flashing. Paid extra for hickory cabinets and discover the end panels are wood grain stickers over particle board... not even veneer... STICKERS! and I can go on and on.

Heyyyy. You just desribed my house except you left out 30 more items. I'm sure you could have come up with another 10 or 20. This has been going on for years and years and is a shame the government allows it. I had to involve the Attorney General before I got what I thought was going to be satisfaction but was very far from it. They sent a guy out with a trailer and it took him 2 weeks to replace what they laughingly call craftmanship. It looked like whoever installed the trim in all the rooms had a epileptic seizure when he nailed on the trim, a hurricane couldn't take it off with the hundred of nails he used, they didn't really need them though as the trim in the kitchen didn't have enough. When they set up the home they left the one side exosed for 3 days until it stopped raining. The siding falls off in places all the time. The walls and entry ways were all crooked. They had to sand floor to make them even as it looked like a sea of floating carpet if it is even real carpet. They replaced 3 exterior doors. The carpet. The furnace. The air conditioner. 3 windows. 5 walls. Interior roofing sheets. After the first 6 months the plumbing leaked. The bathtubs cracked. The floors are loose. The ductwork wasn't hooked up right. In the winter the furnace runs constantly and can feel wind blow through walls and windows. I could go on and on about why someone doesn't want to buy a home from these crooks but do I need to say anything else ? Please for gods sakes DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANOTHER PENNY
