My AC went out and I expected to have to repair the entire unit. Frontline Services responded immediately (on a weekend) and fixed the issue. He checked the remainder of the unit just to be sure. Charged for parts and labor, no added crazy fees. Price was very reasonable. Professional, personable, genuine. Highly recommend.

Had semi-annual maintenance done last week. All is well. Just Had our semi-annual check-up on the A/C. One issue found which was a condenser that had to be replaced. It would have failed before the end of summer, so it is great to deal with it now, rather than a failure on the hottest day of the year. We completely trust Keng to do a thorough check of our system. We also know that he will be there if we ever have a problem. So, if you want an honest courteous highly skilled person who will fix your A/C for a fair price, Keng is your man. AC quit working on Sunday of the Labor Day weekend. Called Frontline for help. This is when you find out if your "AC guy" will be there for you in an emergency, on a long weekend or late night/early morning. We were more than satisfied, and our AC was back up in less than two hours. We have written several reviews in the past about the high level of professionalism and quality service we experienced. This service call was up to those high standards. We would not consider calling anyone else for service, and when needed replacement of our unit.

I have used Keng who is employed with Frontline Services for many years now. My parents own a house they rent out in Clearwater. Keng provides excellent service. He has come out for same day service when we've had A.C. issues and given us honest evaluations on the condition of our unit and duct work. He has replaced our duct work, moved and enlarged our intakes for better circulation, and become our trusted A.C. technician. He caught a manufacturing issue and handled the warranty claim, replacing the part same day. Trusting his work and integrity, we not only refer him to friends, but we also encourage new home buyers to have him evaluate the A.C. unit and duct work during the home inspection process.

We met Keng from Frontline Services while looking for a second opinion regarding a costly repair advised by our old A/C company of 15 years. Not only did his labor rate beat that which we were paying but, more importantly, so did his honesty. He evaluated our A/C, took IPad photos and clearly demonstrated to us that we did not need that costly repair. Keng is a knowledgeable technician who is honest, prompt and courteous. Had our bi-annual a/c check today. The last few months of summer have been fine from our unit, but it was looking rather rusty and in need of replacement. I was concerned that our middle-of-the-road brand 10+ year unit would need replacing very soon. Keng re-assured me, that despite the outside appearance, the inside workings of the unit were fine and would probably give us a minimum of another 6 months, or so. We agreed to re-check in the new year and make a decision at that time. I am absolutely positive someone else would have sold me a new system there and then! Keng is so professional and honest. I completely trust his judgement and feel grateful to have our a/c in the hands of someone so conscientious.

Because we have been using Frontline Services for years, we know we can trust Keng to keep our system in peak condition. If you get semi-annual maintenance checks there will be no need for monthly or semi-monthly climbing up in the attic to clear drains or look for leaks, etc. However, we also know he will be there if we need service, because sometimes things can and do happen even if it is much less likely with semi-annual maintenance. Keng replaced our AC and the ductwork in spring. He was fairly priced, punctual, reliable, neat and organized. He also paid attention to detail regarding the installation and functionality of the equipment. Keng was and continues to be highly communicative. He responds to text messages, phone calls and emails without delay. In Feb we used our heat for the first time and questioned whether it was working accurately. I left a voicemail late in the evening expecting he would get it the following business day. Keng contacted me right away that night and scheduled to check the issue the following evening. He was able to diagnose the concern and warranty the replacement part which was installed within a day. We are very pleased with Keng's customer service and his work overall. We would highly recommend him and have to neighbors already. Our only recommendation for improvement was drywall repair if/when needed. We had multiple size changes to vents which required drywall adjustments. This would clearly not be an AC company's fortay, but Keng accepted this feedback positively.
