Frontier Phone Company review: Just to get my money from them.

They owe me 927.19 dollars because I paid ahead of time but then I switched to midco for internet and phone. I have been trying to get my money back but they have refused to give it to me it has been 4 months and I have not seen my money. My account has been taken out for them but they keep sending me email telling me my bill is -927.19. Why do they keep doing this but I see no check paying me back.
