Freshpair Disappointing Experience at Freshpair: Unfulfilled Order and No Cancellation Policy

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience at Freshpair. I placed an order a whopping 11 days ago, but guess what? It's still "unfulfilled." And get this, they charged my credit card right away! Talk about a major bummer.

So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team and asked them to cancel my order. You know what they told me? They said that once the orders hit the "warehouse," they get filled up "immediately" and can't be cancelled. Seriously? What kind of policy is that?

Let me tell you, folks, this is not the place you wanna shop at. I mean, who wants to deal with an order that takes forever to fulfill and can't even be cancelled? It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Freshpair Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping: No Confirmation Email, Out of Stock Item, and Slow Communication

I placed an order more than 9 days ago, but I haven't received any confirmation email. When I called, they informed me that one of the items I ordered is out of stock. What's worse, I had paid extra for fast shipping, but the other item hadn't even been shipped yet. Eventually, they refunded me for the fast shipping, but now it seems like it will take over 2 weeks, or maybe even longer, to receive the 2 bras I ordered. To make matters worse, I still haven't received any email communication from them.

Freshpair Efficient and Responsive: A Reliable Experience with Freshpair

I recently made a purchase from Freshpair and I must say, they wasted no time in acknowledging my order. Almost immediately, I received an email confirming that my order was on its way. It's always reassuring to know that a company is on top of things.

Now, I have to admit, I had some concerns about Freshpair due to the lousy reviews I had come across. But being the curious person that I am, I decided to reach out to them via email to express my worries. To my surprise, they responded promptly, putting my mind at ease. This interaction made me believe that Freshpair is actually a reliable and trustworthy company.

In my humble opinion, those lousy reviews might just be the work of some third-party vendors who have a personal vendetta against Freshpair. You know how it goes, some people just have an axe to grind. But based on my own experience, I have no reason to doubt the integrity of this company.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience with Freshpair. They have proven themselves to be efficient and responsive, which are qualities I value in any business. So, if you're in need of some quality undergarments, I would definitely recommend giving Freshpair a try.

Freshpair Terrible Customer Service and Communication - Freshpair Review

I gotta tell ya, I had this experience with Freshpair about a year back. I decided to snag this item for 30 bucks, but guess what? I never received it! Can you believe that? They kept sending me these emails, yapping about how it's on back order. So, I thought, "Alright, let me give 'em a call and see what's up." And you know what they told me? They had the audacity to say, "Hey, you can either wait it out or take a different color instead." So, I was like, "Fine, give me the other color then." But guess what? That one was on back order too! Can you believe the nerve of these guys? Their communication skills are just plain awful. I mean, seriously, it's like they straight-up swindled me. I eventually threw in the towel and accepted that I lost 30 bucks to these jokers. It's a real bummer, I tell ya.

Freshpair Poor Customer Service and Stock Availability Issues at Freshpair - Avoid this Company

The last two times I've ordered from Freshpair, I tried to get some Calvin Klein underwear. I placed my order on their website, but when I called customer service, they told me they didn't have it in stock. It would be better if their website showed that the item was out of stock instead of making customers think it's available. Their customer service is really bad, and they don't give any options to fix their mistakes. I suggest avoiding this company.

Freshpair Disappointed with Freshpair: Lack of Communication, Messed Up Orders, and Useless Discounts

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the way Freshpair handles their communication. Like, seriously, they need to step up their game. I mean, I had to keep bugging them to find out what the heck was going on with my order. It's like they couldn't be bothered to keep me in the loop. Not cool, Freshpair, not cool.

And it's not just the lack of communication that's got me all riled up. They've also messed up my orders more than once in the past year. I mean, come on! How hard is it to fulfill an order correctly? It's not rocket science, people. And to make matters worse, they had the audacity to send me emails suggesting that I order different colors and sizes of an item that they didn't even have in stock. Like, what's the point of that? It's just teasing me, man.

But you know what really takes the cake? When they finally canceled my latest order, they had the nerve to offer me a measly 10% discount on a future order. Like, seriously? That's supposed to make up for all the frustration and disappointment they've caused me? I don't think so. I'm never gonna place another order with them, so that discount is basically useless.

Overall, I gotta say, Freshpair has really let me down. Their lack of communication, messed up orders, and useless discounts have left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I won't be recommending them to anyone, that's for sure.

Freshpair Disappointing Experience with Freshpair: Delayed Shipping and Lackluster Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a bit of a disappointing experience with Freshpair. So, I went ahead and ordered three items from their website on December 16th, and it only cost me a measly $40. Not too shabby, right? Well, that's what I thought too, until things started going downhill.

Now, here's where it gets interesting. DHL, the shipping company, handed over my package to USPS on December 21st. And you know what USPS did? They just left it there, waiting to be scanned into their facility. Can you believe that? I waited for a few days, hoping to see some movement, but nope, nothing happened.

Frustrated, I decided to reach out to their customer service. And you know what they told me? They said I should wait until January 15th, 2022, to see if my package magically appears. Seriously? I mean, come on, Freshpair, if you really valued me as a customer, you would've offered to reship the items instead of making me wait for a whole month.

But guess what? I stumbled upon the same items on Amazon a few days later. And you know what the kicker is? They were being sold at regular prices, just $2 more than what I paid during the sale on Freshpair. That's when it hit me. If Freshpair truly cared about me, they would've gone the extra mile and offered to reship the items without any hesitation.

So, I made up my mind. I asked for a refund, and you know what their response was? They said, "Hey, we filed a claim with the carrier. Just sign this affidavit, and we can either re-ship the items or refund you." Now, let me tell you something. Freshpair's $40 was never at risk, but they lost me as a customer forever because of their lackluster response.

You know what I did? I took my business straight to Amazon. Sure, Amazon may not treat me like a VIP customer, but at least they don't make me wait for a month for my in-stock items to arrive when they know darn well that the package is lost. Heck, even the carriers themselves don't show any record of receiving my package.

So, my advice to you is this: skip Freshpair and head straight to Amazon. Trust me, you'll save yourself from the frustration and disappointment that I went through.

Freshpair Freshpair Review: Misleading Sale and Unresponsive Customer Service

So, I came across this company called Freshpair, and they were promoting this buy one get one free sale. I thought, "Hey, that sounds like a great deal!" But let me tell you, when I added the items to my shopping cart, something fishy happened. The sale didn't apply correctly, and I was left scratching my head.

Now, being the diligent customer that I am, I took some screen shots of the whole ordeal. I wanted to show the customer service team what was going on. So, I reached out to them and presented my evidence. But you know what they said? They had the audacity to tell me that the sale was actually buy one get one 50% off. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, Freshpair, get your act together!

But I wasn't about to let them off the hook that easily. I went back to their website and took some more screen shots because, lo and behold, the "sale" was still being advertised. I mean, seriously, what's up with that? It's like their so-called "marketing department" was trying to cover their tracks or something. But I wasn't fooled. I had the evidence right in front of me.

And here's the kicker, folks. An hour later, they changed the sale to "buy one get one 50% off buy one get one free." Can you believe the nerve? I mean, talk about trying to confuse your customers. But guess what? I wasn't going down without a fight. I took even more screen shots and sent them off to Freshpair, hoping that they would finally own up to their mistake and honor their sale.

But you know what? They still wouldn't budge. They refused to honor their own sale and admit their wrongdoing. It's just plain disappointing, you know? And what's worse is that this seems to be a recurring problem with them. So, my advice to you is to double-check the pricing in your shopping cart before you hit that checkout button. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me, feeling let down and frustrated.

It's a shame, really. I used to be a loyal customer of Freshpair, but not anymore. I've learned my lesson. You know what they say, sometimes you find better prices by going directly to the manufacturer's websites. And let me tell you, I discovered that firsthand after going through this whole ordeal. Freshpair Freshpair: The Worst Online Buying Experience I've Ever Had - A Disaster in Customer Service

The absolute worst online buying experience I've ever had, and trust me, I've shopped online for pretty much everything I own. I mean, seriously, it was a disaster.

So, here's what went down. I ordered this one bra, just one, in my size, right? And I made sure to select the "US" sizing option, you know, to avoid any confusion. I paid for it and patiently waited for a couple of weeks. Finally, the package arrived, and guess what? They sent me a bra in UK sizing! Like, what the heck?

Naturally, I reached out to their customer service, hoping they would fix this mess. And you know what they said? Brace yourself for this one. They said, "Our team will be glad to provide you with the prepaid return label so that the item can be returned to us without any cost. If this is something that will work for you, it will be great if you can share an image of the item, although, it will still work if this will be not available; this is just so we can show to the manufacturer and avoid this from happening again." Ugh, talk about a run-on sentence.

So, I did what they asked and sent them a picture of the bra. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science, right? But you won't believe what they replied with. They said, and I quote, "You may change the sizing option on the item page, to accurately choose the correct sizing, but it shall be delivered to UK sizing." Seriously? Are they even listening to me?

And to top it all off, they didn't even bother sending me a return label. Can you believe that? I've never, ever experienced such terrible customer service from any online retailer. I mean, especially when it comes to buying lingerie, you'd think they would have their act together. But no, they give you options to change things like the sizing, but then they mess it up and expect you to foot the bill for return shipping. It's just mind-boggling and a downright awful way to do business.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Freshpair to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Freshpair Concerns with FreshPair: Decreased Quality, Excessive Email Marketing, and Suspicious Reviews

We've been ordering from FreshPair a bunch of times before 'cause my hubby's all about them Munsingwear briefs they sell. Most of the time, it's been smooth sailing with our transactions, but just like any other online store, they keep bombarding us with email marketing even though we've told 'em to stop (so dang annoying).

Lately, we've noticed a change in the quality of those Munsingwear briefs. It seems like the company got bought out or somethin' 'cause the fabric's thinner and the materials are cheaper. But after years of searchin' for another brand that he likes, my hubby decided to do some more diggin'. He found some reviews sayin' that the Munsingwear briefs from India are more like the old ones, unlike the ones from China.

But here's the thing, the reviews were all over the place, makin' it hard to figure out if it's true or not. And since you can't return underwear once you've opened the package, we didn't wanna take the risk of gettin' stuck with more of the crappy ones.

As we were goin' through the reviews, we stumbled upon somethin' even more concerning: a whole bunch of 'em seemed fake or like they were written by people tryin' to promote the product. They were all short and sounded the same, with way too much enthusiasm for a regular customer. That's not how real people write reviews, even if they're short. It just feels sketchy as heck and it totally kills any trust we had in this online store.

We ain't dumb, you know. It's straight-up fraudulent for a site like this to let this kinda thing happen (either by not doin' anything about it or even encouragin' it). This is the main reason why we won't be orderin' from FreshPair ever again.
