Listen up, ladies! I have to tell you about my experience with Fray and it ain't pretty. First of all, let me start by saying that this shop is way too pricey for the stuff they sell. You might think you're getting something fancy and high-quality, but let me tell you, it's not worth the cash. The clothes have a weird fit, like they were made for another body type altogether. And get this, most of their items are unbranded. So don't let the fancy website fool you, this is just cheap stuff shipped straight from China.

Honestly, it's downright shameful what this company is doing. They're charging you top dollar for things you can find on eBay for a fraction of the price. I mean, who do they think they are? And to make matters worse, their clothing is super low quality. I wouldn't be surprised if those garments were falling apart after a couple of wears.

Just to give you an example, I looked up a tie-waisted maxi dress that Fray is selling for $50. Can you believe it? On eBay, you can get the exact same thing for a measly $9. It's insane. It's like they think we're all a bunch of suckers with too much money to burn.

In conclusion, please, I beg of you, don't waste your hard-earned cash on Fray's overpriced garbage. You can find better quality and cheaper clothes elsewhere. Trust me, this company is not worth your time or money.

So I gotta start by saying, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Fray. I placed an order back in April and still haven't gotten it, can you believe that? I thought maybe I just needed to be patient and wait, but when I started emailing to check in on my order, things got pretty frustrating real quick.

If I had to give Fray a rating, it would definitely be a zero stars. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

I done ordered a top and paints from Fray's website, shopfray.com. I gots my package on the 1st of September after I made the order back in May 2020. It sure was a long wait, but I was excited to finally get my hands on what I thought were gonna be some super cute pieces of clothing. Boy, was I disappointed.

First off, the quality was awful. It looked like it was made by a bunch of kindergarten kiddos. I paid way too much for these two items at $80.00 and they ain't worth a penny more than $10.00 (ten dollars). I wouldn't even buy these for $10.00 if I saw them laying in a thrift store. They are cheep and trashy clothes that falls apart when you touch it.

I really hope no one else be making the same mistake as me and buying from this place. It ain't right for a company to sell clothes that are false advertisement and made with low-quality materials. It only hurts the buyer in the end and makes us feel taken advantage of. Don't waste your money on Fray, y'all.

Merchandise on ShopFray.com looks like a million bucks when you find it on-line, but unfortunately, it is the cheapest stuff you will ever find out there. It is impossible to believe that this trash comes from a professional company. However, if you are patient enough to wait until you get this 'stunning' piece of workmanship, there is more to come. Surprisingly enough, they won't give you a refund even if you cry your heart out. They act as if they are doing you a favor by agreeing to bring back their trash, charging you the highest amount of return shipping and for the record, your money will never come back to you. Their famous line goes like this: "why don't you gift it to someone?". Seriously? They must have thought it's better to give than to receive, right?

Now, let me tell you this thing. I wouldn't even give this trash to Goodwill if I were you. You deserve better. I threw my $40 into the garbage and happily settled for an $11 refund that I got after some arguing. Boy, what a tough day that was! Save your hard-earned money because this company is nothing but a scam. They don't seem to care about customers at all and if that wasn't enough, they don't even monitor their vendors. Here's a heads-up for you - don't waste your time dealing with ShopFray.com.

Got really excited when I saw Fray's website and their clothes. I love their design and I thought to myself, "why not give it a try?" They manufacture in Zhengzhou, China and that is not a very promising sign. Additionally, I've heard from other sources that their clothes are of poor quality, and if they do arrive, it's probably not going to be worth it. They are way too overpriced and they don't have good customer service at all. They respond nicely to your messages, but they don't really know any more about your orders than you do. I would advise you not to order anything from this company. They use the excuse of being a "small business uWu," but that does not justify their lack of quality, late shipping, and high prices. I think it's complete rubbish, to be honest.

I gotta say, I wasn't impressed with my purchase from FRAY NYC. I ordered myself a pair of pants and a dress from their website, and boy was I disappointed when I received them in the mail. It's really disappointing that companies like this exist, but I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid making the same mistake that I did.

You ever see clothes online and you think to yourself, "Wow, this looks amazing! The fabric looks great and the design is on point!"? Well, that's how I felt about Fray when I first saw their clothes. But let me tell you, when I received my order in person, it was a whole different story.

I ordered a pair of pants in XL and XXL because as a curvy woman, I like my clothes to have some room. They were both super long and could fit someone who's a size 2 or 4 to have the room I usually like.

Fray, the brand, is just ridiculous. When I received my package, opened it up, and saw what was inside, I was ultra disappointed. I was so disappointed, in fact, that I just threw the pants in the garbage. I didn't even try to send them back. That's how terrible the quality and sizing was.

If you're thinking about buying from Fray, let me save you the trouble - just don't. It's a complete scam. I normally don't like to be so blunt, but it's the truth.

This Fray place is a complete mess. I put in an order for a dress way back at the end of April, you know Apr. 29, 2021. After placing the order, I got a message by email and text saying that my dress was all set, ready to go, and that it was shipped out. Naturally, I wanted to track the order so that I could follow my beautiful dress's journey. But try as I might, I couldn't find any tracking numbers! Can you believe that? All they gave me was an order number. That rang alarm bells for me, y'all! Hurting for facts, I downloaded their tracking link, and it of course led right back to the Fray website, no UPS, no nothing whatsoever to help me track my order location. It was like trying to get blood from a stone! I couldn't find any contact information—no phone number, no nothing! Just a website address. So, I sent the Fray folk an email asking for an update on my dress. It took them a whole week to get back to me, but they finally did. Turns out, they said, that my order had been overlooked, which is their mistake of course, and so they could either send it again, but I'd have to wait another three to five weeks, or they would process a refund for me. I asked for priority mail, but they just said no. So, I decided to request the refund on May 21st, and they explicitly said my money would be back in my account in 2–3 business days. But, as usual, it's June 2nd and there's still no money in my account. I'm pretty upset and hesitant to use this shop again in the future.

I jus filed a complint with tha Betta Busine Bureau cuz I aint happy with Fray. I ordered fiv suits frum them six weeks ago and i've only got three. What's the deal with that? And on top of that, I aint even likin the suits that I did receive, so I wanna return 'em. But get this - I've emailed tha company FIVE times already tryin'ta get some answers or at least get tha return process started, but they aint responded to me yet. And I just sent my SIXTH email - still nothing. So I told 'em in the latest email that I'ma contactin tha BBB 'bout they [censored] service.

To be fair, they did respond back when I first asked 'bout they try on policy. They said I could try things on and that returns are free. But after that, it's like they don't giv a damn 'bout me or my order.

I'm so freakin frustrated wit dis company, it's not even funny. Honestly, I shoulda just gone to a place like Nordstrom cuz at least I know what I'm gettin frum them. I spent 'bout $160 on these suits and it just seems like such a waste now. Got three suits I don't like and two suits that aint arrived yet. What a joke. I thought I was savin money but naaaaah - that plan backfired big time. Hah! Joke's on me, I guess.

So trust me, peeps, save y'allself the trouble and DON'T go with Fray. It's just not worth it.
