When we were first contacted by Fox Cities Home Buyers (cold text message) we thought it was a scam. We investigated them to ensure they were a legit business then started working with them. My wife and my work schedule are very odd to get us together at a time that worked for them, but they were very patient with us and continued to work with us, even though it dragged through a couple of months. Once things worked out, and they gave us a good offer on the house, they gave us a good time to find a new place to live. It's been a great process working with them.

I worked with Corey from Green Bay. I had multiple problems with the property. After my ex husband passed away I received the property back. For two years I struggled with the property to get rid of it. But with all the liens and mortgage payments it was getting impossible. I was introduced to Corey by my neighbors and he took over everything for me and helped me get rid of the property and keep my credit score good. I even received a little more money for the property than I asked for. One month later I am clean and cleared from this property. Again, I highly recommend the company and working with Corey.

I'm happy to give a 5-star rating to Fox Cities Home Buyers. I helped my brother move into a Senior apartment and sell his home of 43 years. His home had some maintenance issues and we desired to sell the house as an “as is" fixer-upper. I contacted several companies that advertised cash buy-outs as well as a couple of realtors. After walk throughs and discussions with all the companies contacted we decided to go with FCHB. We connected with Zach who was respectful, easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We were offered a fair price with no need to clean out anything we didn't want to move. This was a different way of selling a house than I was used to and much easier. We were initially concerned about a due diligence period and need for inspection on the Purchase Agreement but this proved not to be a problem. We asked for the due diligence period and closing date to be moved up and this was accommodated. Closing was a breeze with FCHB paying all closing costs. I highly recommend this company.
