2020 Berkshire 39A VIN 4UZACHFCOLCV8872 was purchased by Longview RV in CT .

From the first day this couch was plagued with major problems . The diverse window had a broken seal which took over a year to get part and replace

First trip to Fla the dash AC stopped working less then an hour into trip . And living room AC wasn’t cooling down couch with generator running . The AC nor heat worked in living room . Thermostat wasn’t correct .The valve for the water in take never worked correctly and still does not .

It was in for months at a time at dealership we’d pick up and go on a trip same thing kept happening . Ac on dash worked but then there was a drip on my ankles .

Back and forth it went in for service get it back saying everything was good

Except the problems weren’t fixed

The jacks wouldn’t work they would beep and say too steep when we were on level ground .

Turns out the slides were installed upside down

Then the slide motor went when we were in GA

The direct tv never worked

The stairs dropped down while I was driving on one trip and I lost lights for a few minutes driving at night

And the cargo area was wet

After many emails and calls and over a year total in and out to be fixed at the dealer Mitch asked us to send to back to the manufacturer.which we did

To only receive a used ac unit that they said was new and damage to bathroom ac .still tv not working , gauges not correct ,ac in living not working

Still leak on ankles when driving . Valve for water intake, if I leave on city water it still fills tank till over flows but gauges read empty.

Back to the dealer that finally found a kink in tv wire that’s why didn’t work

Found used and damaged ac unit that didn’t match serial number as work order

And the leak that was hitting my ankles was from the defrost lines never attached . And leak in cargo area was from the emergency exit window in half bath didn’t seal . Mitch promised to do right the Almost 8 months later we get a letter from dealer that Mitch would only cover the TV portion .

Claimed loss: $2,600 paid to dealer as promised in emails and written from Mitch Wirt

Desired outcome: Please pay the dealer at Longview as promised . This couch has been a nightmare , it was a lemon but we were assured by Mitch he’d make it right and give us an extended warranty for all the time it was in for service
