incorrect order
I placed an order for Bella Gluten-Free Flour on June 2nd.
My package finally arrived on July 12 and it contained Pamela's Pancake Mix.
When I was asking for updates, Anita was very prompt in providing that but in attempting to resolve this incorrect order, I have tried numerous times to contact Foodie City Network without success. I would like to return the incorrect item and receive a full refund but since they will not return my emails or provide me with a return label, I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Also, the phone number does not connect to anyone who can help.
Desired outcome: Return label for incorrect product and full refund.
Pathetic excuse for a company
The owner of this company anita holcomb and her staff are nothing more than a bunch of crooks. We sold them a pallet of our product for them to carry in their online store last october. The wholesale cost was almost $20k. They accepted product, began marketing and then decided to not pay for it. To make it worse they are giving it away in their store to anyone who wants it for free! This is a pathetic excise for a company.
Anita and her band of criminals have stolen product from omd, inc. And a handful of other companies who trusted her to be a legitimate company and pay for merchandise received.
Beware of these crooks. If you order from them online it will either (a) never show up; (b) be destroyed in shipping; or (c) she will feed you a line of bs and never refund your money.
Do not do business with this criminal enterprise!

They (Mike and Anita Holcombe) have a business called Table and Garden in Murrells Inlet, SC. They ripped me off after paying for some imported Scandinavian products. The more I dig on the internet, about them, the more scams I've found !
Wish I would have done my homework before buying from them.
I ordered a bulk order of tigernuts for $250 and never received it. Tried calling. Left messages. Sent emails. Reported them to the BBB. Foodie City Network said they would send me a refund, but they never did. Foodie City Network then said they had sent me a refund, but they never did.
