My friend also had a similar experience with their support, finding them to be quite aggressive in their responses. Despite this, I must say that everything else about FM-Anime is truly amazing!

I placed an order for a Soleil Fire Emblem Fates cosplay from FM-Anime on February 26th, and I specifically mentioned that I needed it by May 1st. However, it's already May 10th, and the item has not been shipped yet. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but I've only received one response so far. They asked for an additional two weeks to make the costume, and foolishly, I agreed. (I thought it would be fine since the convention I plan on attending is in June, and I wanted some time to make alterations if necessary.) They promised to provide me with a tracking number by May 8th. Tonight, I contacted them again and warned them that if they don't ship the item or refund my $170USD by May 13th, I will file a claim with my bank. I've never encountered so many issues with a company before, and I've ordered from more than seven different companies in the past. Frankly, I'm ready to switch back to another company and pay a commission fee for a rush job. Trust me, it's better to save your money and order from any other company. FM-ANIME is absolutely the worst.

It's quite amusing, really. I finally received the first part of my cosplay goods in May 2021, and I have to admit, the quality was decent. However, there was one small issue - the sizing was a bit off.

And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I received the second part of my shipment a few days ago, only to discover that they had sent me an incomplete wig. Can you believe it? Well, as far as I can tell, at least. Maybe all those folks who can't get a hold of them are trying to reach out via email instead of Facebook? I mean, I'm not totally sure, but it seems like they're more active on Facebook.

Oh, and let's not forget about the shipping company they work with, SF Express. They handled a couple of my calls like pros. Honestly, the whole experience was pretty awesome. Now, I might've just lucked out, but if someone else had the same smooth sailing as me, I'd totally recommend giving this shop a shot.

I made sure to place the order a good 3 1/2 months in advance, thinking that would give them plenty of time to get everything right. But no, they didn't even start working on it until a month and a half before I needed it. Talk about cutting it close!

When the costume finally arrived, it was missing so many things. The cravat, for example, was supposed to be lacy, just like in the pictures. But what did I get? A plain, boring piece of fabric. And don't even get me started on the missing jewel piece. It's like they didn't even bother to read the description properly.

And let's not forget about the pants. I gave them my exact measurements, but they still managed to make them too tight. I mean, come on! Is it really that hard to get the measurements right? And to top it all off, the buttons on the coat were sewn on so loosely that they started falling off within minutes of wearing it. Talk about shoddy craftsmanship.

Oh, and the boots? They were way too big, even though I provided my measurements. I mean, I can still kinda use them, but it's definitely not ideal. 9 months of waiting, and I barely got any response for an update. I decided to order some tattoos separately, but they were shipped out at the end of July and never arrived. It's frustrating because they don't even bother replying to my emails or comments unless it's positive feedback. It's really disappointing.

I don't think I'll be ordering anything from them again. It's just not worth the hassle and the lack of communication.

Update: Finally, on Thursday, I received an email response. They said, "your cosplay is still being made, but we will rush to finish it and ship it out this month. We will even pay for the extra upgrade to fast shipping for your order. We are very sorry for the delay. We have already spoken to our designer and maker, and once the package is shipped out, we will send you the shipping notification as soon as possible. Thank you."

However, I'm still skeptical because they keep uploading costume previews that are not what I ordered back in December. Their words mean nothing to me unless they take action. There's less than 2 weeks left of September, and I highly doubt they'll come through. Maybe next Christmas, if even that.

Update: After waiting for over 2 months, the tattoos finally arrived today. I'm relieved. I also received confirmation that the costume was finally shipped out last week. I've decided to update my review from a 1 Star to 3 Stars. I'll leave it at that.
