I purchased flowers for a relative in August of 2014 to be delivered to Staten Island, N.Y. Ever since then, this company has been charging my credit card for 9.99 a month. I did not ask for this charge or sign up for any service for this amount. I have to advise my credit card company every month to cancel this. It is harassing and it must be stopped.
I agree with above statement. I ordered flowers for a memorial service in June 2015, and have been getting recurring charges for $9.99 every month since then. I had asked my credit card company to reject the billing previously, and that did not happen. Today the credit card company said they would reverse the charge and block further charges. I just called Blooms Reward and was informed this "reward program" was cancelled. Let's hope so!
