Phone number not working
The Fitness 19 location in Mission Viejo has a number registered under [protected] but every time I call the number there is no ring on the other end and the call just ends abruptly. I'm trying to contact someone to help me out to resolve an issue. Their website has no contact email as well so it's frustrating because I will have to drive to the actual location just to get help.

After the Farmington location reopened, I went in and cancelled my membership. I did not want to chance exposure to the Covid19 virus. I have been a member of fitness 19 since 3-15-19. I went to cancel my membership as I am moving out of CA and there ar no gym's in my area. I was told first that i had to wait until my contracted tme was up, so I did. I called to cancel 3-6-2020 and am now told I would still need to pay $62.98 to get out of the contract. { $22.99 for 3-15-20 dues and $39.99 for annual fee} I dont get it and want my money back.

TV screen in front of reclining bikes has been broken since Jan 2019 Once a month ask status, every time DirectTV is blamed for not providing part or schedule. 10 months no progress. Reclining bikes 2 out of 4 heart rate monitor inoperable for several months. One set on metric with no response to repeated requests to reset. I cancelled my membership in April of ‘19. My bank account was still being charged. I spoke with Aaron and Paula at Fitness 19 and was told my account had never been canceled, which is not true. They assured me my account was canceled in September of ‘19. But yet again My account was charged Oct 15, 2019. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Rude Rude Rude! This facility has the rudest employee ever! I joined a couple of months ago for the yoga class & finally got around to my 30 minute overview of the equipment tour. The employee who helped me out & explained the equipment was great. But as I was walking out the door a fellow employee started to make fun of me thinking I was not within earshot. I am well aware of the fact that this 30 minute free session is a ploy for the employees to get the customers to sign up for personnel training. I was impressed with the employee & decided to sign up, but when I started to leave a fellow employee started to make fun of me as someone who was duped into signing up for the personel training. I felt so stupid & belittled. She should have at least waited for me to leave before making fun of me as someone duped into the extra cost of a personal trainer. I called the manager at the Eagle Rock center & advised him of this rude employee & asked him to have a service training for his employees reminding them that we as the customer keep them employed, therefore they should have some semblence of respect for the customers. We are smarter than they think & are well aware of the hardsell of trainers, yet we like the extra help & would be willing to pay for it. But not ME! I will cancel my personal trainer becuase of the fellow employee's rude remark.
I recommend employee training that includes the reminder that all customers are a blessing for business & they should be treated as such. Joining the gym is not a necessity rather a luxury & therefore all customers should be treated with greatfullness, respect & appreciation & never should any customer be made fun of for whatever reason.
