behind their website. I tried to reach out to Financial Carrier Services, LLC but no one bothered to pick up the phone. It's like they don't even care about their customers. What a waste of time! I needed help with my finances, but it seems like they're too busy hiding in their virtual world. Don't bother trying to contact them, you'll just be ignored.

I've been with FCS for a few months now and they've treated me real good. My old factoring company didn't handle my invoices, so I had to do 'em myself after being on the road for hours. And if I made one little mistake on the invoice, they wouldn't pay me. But now, all I gotta do is send my rate sheet and BOL, and I'm good to go.

Unfortunately, we have NO rating. Our experience with this company has been understandably a JOKE! Between the untruthfulness while under their contract, the run-around mess during our termination, AND they have recently, wrongfully, received a payment that should have come to us, and are now giving us the run-around on sending our money. DO YOUR RESEARCH, PEOPLE!

Esta compañía es lo más malo que existe en los negocios. Mi experiencia es pésima con ellos. En el año que llevo trabajando, he tenido varias pérdidas y ellos no se hacen responsables. Les envié la carta de renuncia desde febrero y llevo 2 semanas sin trabajar porque quiero irme con 3 cargas acumuladas que ni me pagan ni me dan la liberación para que el otro factori que tengo me las pague. Además, no contestan los correos ni las llamadas de nadie. En fin, les aconsejo que no trabajen con ellos. Lo único que me queda es buscar un abogado y llevar esto a otro nivel. Gracias.

No rating. We've had a terrible time with this company. They assign you a representative for your company who never answers the phone or returns phone calls or emails. We have loads that haven't been paid, even after resending them multiple times. They just keep saying they're "looking into it." We've spoken to the managers of our reps, but nothing has changed. They also keep saying they're "looking into it." At this point, I would pay to cancel our contract, but there are too many unpaid loads in the queue. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Please be aware of this company.

Bad company to trust with your money! I'm gonna report what they did to me even though looking at the reviews I ain't the first one, I hope ComplaintsBoard.com gonna figure out my review and all the ones against this company. Well, I decide to end the contract with Financial Carrier Service, I follow the terms and send 'em a certified letter to end it after 60 days, I tell 'em the term is done and ..they come at me sayin' I gotta pay 5% of all the invoices that were already charged, I had to pay $6200, this is called stealin'! Now they gonna come up with an answer like the one they givin' me, just pay if you wanna end it, without fulfillin' the contract they got! They respond here with some words tryna cover up their intelligence, yeah so I won't say more 'bout their thefts.

We wanna switch to another factoring company 'cause FCS is makin' it hard for us to leave. We did everythin' they asked and stuck to their terms, but they still won't give us a buyout letter for our new factoring. They're playin' games, sayin' the letter we sent 'em ain't good enough. It don't make no sense. We're leavin' 'cause their business has gone downhill over the years. They keep payin' us less than we're owed and missin' lots of payments. They claim to offer one-day funding, but it takes 'em at least three days to pay for batches of invoices. We hired 'em for one-day funding, not week-long or nothin' at all. We gotta make sure they let us go on May 29 'cause we gave 'em a 120-day notice this time.

I signed up with Financial Carrier Services in May to factor my loads. I never used their factoring services. On July 6, I emailed Alex K, the rep who signed me up, asking to cancel my services right away. I didn't get a reply until I sent another email today to Alex K & Griselda L asking for a Notice of Cancellation. They told me to contact the underwriting department. The UW Dept told me to send a certified letter, which will take 60 days. My current factoring company tried to help speed up the process because I have funds that I can't access until FCS gives a NOC. But my current factoring company told me that FCS doesn't want to let go of my account. I don't get why it's so hard when I don't have any open invoices since I never used their services.

wen servises wer offered i was told no long term contracts. now im tryin to cancel and they wont let me even tho i never used their servises. on august 26th i was contacted by financial carrier service's assistant manager emma c*** offering factoring servises. she offered in writing no long term contract among many other things. i signed the application on september 9th. however, i was not aware my dispatch servise had already signed me up with a different factoring company. since i had not started doing business by then i did not know i had another factory company before i signed up with fcs. on september 22nd griselda ***, my assigned servise representative sent me an email asking if everything was alright cuz i had not sent any invoices to them and i told her i didnt have any and told her that emma c*** had said there was not a minimum of transactions required and that i hoped that was correct. she only thanked me for my response. on october 13th, i received an email from my existing factoring company that there was an active ucc filing dated xx-xx-xxxx by masked party. i did some research and found out it was from financial carrier services. the same day october 13th i emailed griselda *** to explain what had happened and to ask her to cancel my contract and to please give me a letter of release. i thought this would be a lot easier since i had not conducted any business with them, i had not sent any invoices for factoring nor i owed them any money. also cuz they said there was no long term contracts. they told me no that they could not cancel it cuz they filed a ucc they are first, and since the other factoring company did not file one they dont count? i contacted the legal department at fcs and they refused to cancel or give me a letter of release even tho i signed up with the other factoring company before fsc. on october 19th i email a copy of the letter to legal and underwriting asking for termination of my contract and to file a ucc-3 termination with the secretary of state per the uniform commercial code that can be found in section 9-513 of the uniform commercial code, all i got was a response from legal saying the only way to get out is to write a certified letter, wait 60 days from the time received and then contact underwriting to complete the termination process and that i must send my invoices to them. i tried calling everyone of them at fsc. no one was willing to help me. specially in legal, nichele *** m***, general in-house counsel. she was specially rude and did not even let me speak. my company is new i barely started getting loads and now i cant even get paid cuz they wont give me a letter of release.
