Finance Pro review: SCAM

I applied for vechicle finance through finance pro 4 months ago a guy named anil informed me that i need to pay him a amount before they start and this would be a gaurantee of approval i paid him and every time i would call and ask about it he did not answer of had long stories this kept on for 3 months. I then asked him for the money back as this was going no where and the contract i signed with him stated that if it is approved then only is the money payable. He then informed me he cannot give me all my money back as the work was already done and he would only be able to give me half of it back which i aggreed on its been over 4 months and we cannot get hold of him and get our money back
