Filllo did a great job painting our house. We had a specific problem area and they addressed it and put a second coat of paint in that area. While they were there and the technician had his ladder set up I asked him to secure a vent which had come loose near the roof, which he gladly did. They prepared the surface properly and applied the coating properly and I will hire them again if I need painting done.

Fillo painted my 2400 sf home in two days, The crew of two men and three women led by John Smith were true professionals. The preparation and painting was meticulous. The clean up after they finished painting was absolutely perfect. The office lady Sarah kept me informed from the signing of the contract until the end of the job. I would recommend Fillo to my family or friends. I rate them a 5 star company.

Fillo did some handyman type work for us that included repairs of nail-pops in ceilings, ceiling repair where leaks had occurred (due to an ac condensate line problem), caulking where settling of the home showed small cracks, etc. We had none of the original paint but they matched that We painted only the necessary areas to save money. They estimated well, detailed the work, and all of this was done well, painters were very pleasant. All was really a pleasant experience and priced reasonably.

These folks did a great job. It started with a thorough proposal. When the painters arrived, we were amazed at how they cleaned up each night after work and did not leave materials nor waste scattered around. It turned out to be a very high quality job, on time and complete. The workers were very low profile and strived to stay out of our sight. I was surprised and pleased that there was no loud music too. We will be using Filo for our future painting needs. They have set the bar for quality.

We've now used Fillo for 4 painting projects and each one has been completed quickly, very professionally, and at the price quoted. I find their estimators to be very thorough, and their painters are top notch. In addition, we had several drywall repairs included in one of the projects and they did a great job - no evidence of the previous issues after it was repaired and painted. The first project we hired them because of their price. Since then we don't bother to get additional quotes. We know their work and they are our go-to painters.

I had Filo paint the outside of my home as well as the inside. They did a great job, and I'm pretty picky. The owner came out the day before the job started to make sure his crew knew what colors were being used in each room. The painting crew led by John were honest and professional. They really strived to make sure I was happy with the job. I find the owner to be very honest. I had a gutter damaged during the painting of the outside. My roof is very steep and it's easy for a ladder to slip. Filo replaced the gutter. I would use this company again. My neighbor also used them for painting the outside of their home and they recommended Filo to me.

We chose Fillo Painting to paint our mid century house on the recommendation of a friend who had used them, and after meeting with the individual who came to overview the work. We had painted our house 2 years prior, but unfortunately, it was not properly prepped, and lesson learned. Fillo's team did an incredible job of preparing the house for painting, covered the deck, all brick, have not encountered such care or level of prep in the 38 years we have lived in and maintained our house, We have already scheduled with Fillo for additional work to be done. Fillo painting did a horrible job on our home. They refuse to honor their warranty. They painted our home in May and we had a paid licensed inspection done two weeks ago with pictures and causes of their poor workmanship that is a failure of Fillo Painting. The owner was informed via email of the state inspector's report and he resorted to name calling instead of agreeing to fulfill their warranty and fix the problems that could lead to water damage. The inspection included photos and was very thorough. They had one of their painters try and strip our front door, removing the stain and causing further damage. They have resorted to personal attacks, which is very unfortunate. They guarantee their paint job for a year and said they would not fix what they have done. If we get water into our home, we can get mold and that becomes a worse problem. I would get an inspection of their work because if you can see all windows and where they didn't caulk properly, you will have thousands of dollars in damages.

HORRIBLE. First off, we had searched around for the right company to paint my parents home. We decided to go with Fillo because the were relatively cheaper than their other comps (and boy did we find out why). Not only did they leave off a huge cost that we had told the estimator we wanted done, their quality is that of a toddlers. In terms of coats/previous colors showing through, no issues. They used great wall paint. However, they're "cutting in" techniques are embarrassing for a "professional paint company". If I had more time, I could've done a better job. Uneven lines all along the trim and ceilings, and don't even get me started with how many "oooppsie" paint spots there were from lack of masking and proper paint prep techniques. Anyways, when I asked the project manager to come out and meet me onsite to go over these quality concerns... she scheduled a time to meet me. Then canceled a few minutes prior to the agreed upon time. I have moved around my work schedule to be available for. Incredibly unprofessional. I then had a different manager come out a few days later, I voiced my concerns and showed him the areas that were in DESPERATE need of attention, and he had his crew come back out to fix those areas. When the crew was packing up to leave, I went to inspect and (what a surprise) NOT MUCH HAD CHANGED. I tried explaining my concerns in every way I possibly could, had them "try to fix" the issues MULTIPLE times, and im still not happy. Actually pissed.

We went with Fillo because they had previously did some work for us. We contracted with their salesman Jeff, to have our house painted and some repairs done as well. We got the quote and agreed to a price, then Jeff came back and told us he didn't include the inside of our attached screen porch to be painted. It is painted the same color of the house and he said they usually don't paint porches because their not part of the house. Again, this is roofed and attached to the house. He charged us a $400 change order for this which we accepted. This and another repair was missed in his hasty walk of the property estimating the job. He said he would take care of the small repair and not to worry. The workers came out and prepped and started repairs and the job was moving forward. Day (3) we get a call from their office letting us know that they found some things wrong and wanted another $800 change order to complete. Keep in mind they didn't complete all the repairs that was on the original quote yet. I called Jeff to express our concerns and he said if we didn't want the repairs done, we could decline. Night and Day Jeff from the guy that promised the world when he was bidding for our business. He referred me to Fidell and I got nowhere with him. He backed Jeff up and then told his workers to stop all repairs that they started without our approval. Fidell stated his workers knew better than to do repairs without consent but in fact he was onsite this day and said nothing either. I told him we were not prepared to shell out another $800 for another change order and declined repairs. He stopped communication with me and ordered his workers to stop any repairs including the repair that was on the contract Jeff promised to take care of. We were probably looking at $50 in materials and an hour or two tops for the repairs. His (3) guys were here the whole time so it wasn't like he was taking someone off another job. Fidell and Jeff could have shined here on customer satisfaction but instead went down the road of greed instead. Their employees did a nice job but we will look elsewhere next time for a paint contractor.
