FCR collections contacts me multiple times daily about a debt I owe that I have no record of.

FCR is attempting to collect a bill that is false. Account #*** for $225 from *** was never incurred by me.

FCR debt collections barrages my phone, never sends a written notice about a textbook rental when I havent been in college in years, and have never rented a textbook.

I have received multiple calls from FCR services telling me I have a textbook fee to pay but with no further information regarding this. I would like the calls to stop as I have no idea what they pertain to.

I have received robocalls from FCR Collection Services for nearly a year. They call and leave voicemails claiming I have an outstanding debt on a textbook rental. No debt exists. I have received no written contact, only relentless calls. Every time I block their number they call from a new one. They cannot provide any information about me or the alleged debt. This company is a scam.

I keep getting regular calls and text messages from FCR Services, telling me that I owe them money for textbook rental fees. My high school paid for my text books so there is no fee. I also called the college book store and had them check my account , they show no unpaid balance. I have even talked to them on the phone and told them all of this information, but they still won't stop calling me.

The following company has been harassing me on behalf of Smart Choice Credit stating I owe them *** I have provide proof I did not receive a charge back. I even gave them my bank statements I have emailed proof constantly and they keep telling me I owe the money. I was told by smart choice they would remove me from fedchex collection. This has gotten out of hand and need to be advised this is illegal they called me as early as 8:00am central time this is unlawful and they are violating FDCPA regulations I do not owe any money to this company.

In December at the end of last semester, I went to my *** campus bookstore to make sure I had returned all my textbooks before leaving for winter break. The employee at the counter checked and told me there was nothing on my account and I was good to go. I looked at my student account as well, and it marked all my textbook rentals as "fulfilled" with no current rentals. However, I am getting constant calls from FCR services claiming I have a debt, even though the bookstore and my account both clearly told me I had no current rentals. I should not be expected to pay for something I was told I had already returned.

FCR is calling and texting me in attempt to collect a fee for a textbook- of which I paid the school for directly. The school informed me that FCR has the access to confirm if payment has been made, however FCR has not done this. I believe they are operating fraudulently in an attempt to collect additional fees. They will most likely respond with a scripted response saying they could not verify the debt with a person other than the intended party yada yada yada - which has absolutely no bearing on the fact they should be verifying the status of debts prior to contacting people. I will most likely file suit against the school and FCR but in the meantime consumer protection or whatever authoritative entity should tighten down on these sketchy business practices.

This company repeatedly calls regarding a debt they are attempting to collect with both automated and live operator calls to my cell phone. When I called them to confirm what the supposed debt was they gave me limited information regarding the debt. The alleged debt was from Aircare *** for $259.19. The operator, when asked by me to send the information they have to me by mail would not comply, and said they would only send it via email. I gave her my email address, but have received nothing.This looks to be a legitimate debt already paid. I have two cashed check imprints from my bank, and the original *** statements with notes taken directly on them. I don't owe this debt, it was paid in full. I consider this matter closed and wish no further calls from them.

This is about the constant robocalls I keep getting from FCR Services. They may be a legit company but they do not keep up to date with the information they have been given. All they care about is their collection fee that they can earn. We had a dispute about a textbook which was solved and resolution was established by both sides. Did FCR bother to check on this? Did FCR just continue to try to collect a debt that was cancelled? No. They just kept on calling and calling and bothering us. I called them to investigate and all they could do was stonewall me and say they had a debt. When I asked them to look into the original request to see if it was still valid they just ignored me and said they have information that we owe for the textbook. If they are the upstanding company that they say they are they should have better communication skills and better information. Perhaps they should either better train their employees or increase the quality of their information and instruction *** better yet, do both and leave the rest of us alone!
