Fantage complaints 3
It's completely ridiculous
This, this site was aimed at kids age 6-13 at first. Now, there are servers which some people go on that has tryouts to be their BF/GF, it's completely ridiculous. Trading, some people would scam your items. Hacking, profane language, immature and rude people are also some things you would see on this site.
I personally had played this for four years, the first three years was quite enjoyable. Then something happened and all of the sudden people are becoming...ughh...
All they care about is getting money, not doing the right thing
Someone stole my credit card and charged several hundred dollars worth of items to Fantage purchasing "gems." We filed a police report with our local police department and contacted Fantage to refund our money. They refused despite the fact that they acknowledged that the charges were not made on my daughter's account. They are well aware that they are in receipt of stolen funds and refuse to give that money back despite the fact that they are out nothing as a result. We contacted BBB and that did not help so we have now contacted our state's DA to file criminal charges against the company. STAY AWAY! They are CRIMINALS and willing to accept STOLEN money. All they care about is getting money, not doing the right thing. Their interest is MONEY MONEY MONEY.
This company is a rip-off and operated by thieves. We have not used their website for well over a year. They locked the account and continue to charge my credit card, and refused to accept the card dispute even though we called them more than a year ago and went through the same process of cancelling and disputing the charge. Once they get your card number they feel they have the license to steal your money. Maybe they think people don't notice.
°Well at first fantage was really fun...then all of the sudden it wouldnt let me play! and i BARLEY started my 3 month membership and ecoins! when i tried to get on i manged to...but then it said "sorry connection was lost, please try logging in again" i thought i'd like this site...UNTIL IT TOOK MY MONEY!

The stupidest f****** site I have ever been on. The price for a membership is a ripoff, and The actual site is just...STUPID! Never go on here, It also has the most stupidest kids who are like "will u be my mommy" and "Hey members r better" to nonmembers. $20.00 for a 3 moth membership. Wowww. It's like, 100 dollars for a yearly membership, then, when you're done, they take everything away from you.
