You want to save, you need to talk to these people. Had a problem with getting a closing date. They told us one day than they changed it to another date, buying from an estate. Had to change the date insurance was to start. Thinking it was going to be a big problem I called and Ashley and Alex took care of my problem. Easy to work with and saves money, what more can you ask for!
Excellent customer service! Amanda was super responsive, replying quickly to my emails/calls and answering all my questions. She helped find me a better policy and worked with me to get it done ASAP. I cannot praise her enough!

I started out with Family Select Insurance approximately 3.5 years ago. At that time they were very helpful and saved me a lot of money yearly on my home insurance. Each year when the premium was due I would pay in full, that is up until this year, 2020. when i received the bill from the insurance company the premium was to the point that I thought it was way to high so I called them in August and asked if they could review my policy, they told me it wasn't due until October and they were working on other insurance policies. In the first week of September I sent them a letter asking them to review the dwelling coverage as I thought it was way to high for the the home we own, not one word from them. Later I decided to do some shopping on my own and found another company that was more reasonably with the coverage on my home and went with them. I sent another letter to Family Select indicating i was switching companies and guess what, not one call from them, not one letter from them. Their customer service sucks and I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign an insurance policy with them.

She listened, got us better coverage for about 1/3 the price (condo policy) and managed to get me better auto insurance for about the same price. Could not be happier with the service! Thank you for advertising. I make it a point to 'shop local' because the people you employ live here too and together, we can all make a better community.
