Rude staff and unpleasant stay overall!
Very rude staff, felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there with my kids. The lady in the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. After I complained about the cleanliness in the room I do to me have a baby that barely learning how to walk. The front desk receptionist gave me an attitude. Shortly after there is a guy trying to open my room saying they gave him that room and showed me the room key through the window. And every time I would need something I would ask and they would just give me an attitude I asked for cleaning supplies to clean my room and I waited over an hour even to just get towels to get my kids out of the bath when I called to ask about it she didn't even let me explain or even let a word out she cut me off so I just hung up then I called again and asked again and she was still upset and one of her or her staff members brought me the vacuum and the cleaning spray and just threw it in front of the door and I had to ask another housekeeper and she was able to successfully help me and apologize about my rood experience and got me towels
Desired outcome: Refund lady to have consequences she put my kid's life and mine in possible danger and being very disrespectful

This company has the audacity to charge over over one hundred dollars per night for these rundown, filthy, disgusting, not as advertised rooms. Please see all the pictures and you will be appalled that they are charging anything for the place. It has threadbare carpet, a tv so old they probably got it free off the curb, the towels are so rough they scratch...
