The workers at EverDean Construction are really smart and they gave me all the info I needed to fix my house after a storm. They're a reliable company to work with. I totally recommend them if you're considering different companies to call.

EverDean Construction did a grate job on my roof. They walked me threw the process of meeting with my insurance company and helping get the roof covered and then at the end of it they built a fantastic roof. Everything was cleaned up very very well and all of the workers that came to my property were very professional and kind. Would recommend them to anybody!

I recently got my roof done by Everdeen Construction. They helped me out with my insurance company and gave me a fair and accurate estimate. The work was done quickly and now I have a lovely new roof. Big shoutout to Rich and Josh for keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Construction. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend working for or hiring EverDean Construction.

I was employed by EverDean Construction for approximately 5 months. During my time there, I only received payment for one job. Despite selling over $100,000 worth of roofs for the company, they never compensated me for my hard work. It was incredibly frustrating.

Not only did they fail to pay me, but they also had a habit of taking an excessive amount of time to install roofs for homeowners. This caused a lot of dissatisfaction among customers, who often complained about the poor quality of the work. It was disheartening to receive calls from previous customers expressing their disappointment.

Furthermore, EverDean Construction falsely claims to be preferred contractors. This is simply not true. They mislead customers and give them false expectations. It's a dishonest practice that reflects poorly on the company's integrity.

To make matters worse, the owners and managers of EverDean Construction consistently ignored my calls. It was clear that they were avoiding me because they didn't want to fulfill their obligation of paying me for my sales. This lack of communication and disregard for their employees is unacceptable.

In conclusion, EverDean Construction is a terrible company to be associated with. They have a track record of not paying their employees and providing subpar service to customers. I strongly advise against working for or hiring them.

EverDean Construction did a good job on my roof. They walked me through the process of meeting with my insurance company and helping get the roof covered. Everything was cleaned up very well and all of the workers that came to my property were professional. However... I was never given a complete and total estimate. Seems the costs of my roof changed during the process. Paid 9000 when roof was done and then was told final bill would be around 6800... BUT to my surprise the final bill was over 10,000. Seems the costs of the roof was dependent on how much my insurance was going to pay. BE VERY CAREFUL with this company and INSIST on an estimate BEFORE work begins.

On the 13th of February , I signed a contract with EverDean Construction for a reroofing project. The contract stated that the work would commence on the 10th of March, and I paid a deposit of $6,000. However, when the 10th of March arrived, no materials were delivered, and no building permit was obtained. Frustrated, I requested a refund from the Vice President, who assured me via text and email that EverDean would refund the full amount. They even mentioned that a check would be sent to me the following week. Unfortunately, the promised refund never arrived.

After waiting for two weeks without any response, I decided to leave a polite message for the office manager. To my disappointment, I received no reply at all. Since then, my additional phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I sent a demand letter on the 28th of April to the Registered Agent, President, and Vice President of EverDean's Pensacola field office. Regrettably, I received no response whatsoever.

According to their contract, EverDean allows for a full refund within three days if there is a change of heart. However, my request for a refund came several weeks after the initial agreement, which they claim is a breach of contract. They now argue that they had obtained a building permit, but this was only three days after they promised me a refund. I have carefully analyzed their contract and it is clear that they have no valid argument. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford a lawyer as my only source of income is from Social Security.

My 83 year old mother-in-law has a mobile home in Florida. Everdean Construction was doing a roof job next door. They accidentally crossed her property and broke the water line, causing damage to the grass. She is currently trying to sell the property, but due to this incident, I had to move her to Ohio so that I could take care of her. This unfortunate event occurred on December 23. Since then, I have been attempting to get Everdean Construction to fix the issue. However, all I keep receiving is the runaround, and now they are not even answering my calls. The last time I spoke to someone named Klye, they informed me that they were scheduled to meet with the water department in Florida on Monday, February 22, and assured me that they would call me back. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from them since. Klye also mentioned that he would have the water department contact me directly, but that has not happened either. What I am seeking is for Everdean Construction to send a certified plumber to carry out the necessary repairs, as required by the water department. Additionally, the water being turned off means that we will have to have the mobile home cleaned and debugged once again, which they should be responsible for covering the cost of.
