Etalaze has been causing me some serious headaches lately! Seriously, I've ordered from them a few times and four of those times they've asked me to change the receiver's name (like, almost a month after I've paid!). The last time I ordered from them was on January 9th, 2015 and on February 10th, 2015 they asked me AGAIN to change the receiver's name. And now I can't seem to get any response from them at all. It's so frustrating! Honestly, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. A little bit of warning - their website seems to have moved or changed names, so it's even harder to get in touch with them now. UGH.

Etalaze.biz is a solid choice for sourcing your gear. Their customer service is top-notch, I mean very good. You're never left in the dark. They are always there for any questions or concerns that you may have. Their gear took some time to come in and some of it wasn't from the manufacturer I chose when placing the order, but notheless what was sent worked. It did. The Sustanon 350 and tren a from Concentrex Lab were 100% legit.

Kyle, the rep at Etalaze, is super easy to deal with. He made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. When I received the order, I noticed that one of the items was a different brand of Tren than what I had originally ordered. However, Kyle quickly resolved the issue by sending me free tamoxifen to make up for the difference in brands.

Overall, I recommend Etalaze for their attentive customer service and quality products. The only downside is the wait time for the delivery and the occasional brand substitution, but the results are worth it.

I've been a customer for almost, hmm lemme think here, three whole years, and they've always given me fair pricing and great service. Whenever I have questions, they never leave me hangin' and always answer 'em up nice and quick. So, I been waitin' for my order on Etalaze since May 7th and I still haven't gotten it yet, it's already June 12th. Every time I ask about it, they just keep tellin' me to wait. They keep sayin' they'll send it again and give me a new trackin' number, but this has already happened to me 4 times! Honestly, I'm startin' to doubt if they're ever gonna send my order. I mean, has anyone ever gotten their money back from them?

I'm just sayin', it's pretty frustrating waitin' this long for somethin' that I already paid for. I hope they figure out what's goin' on with my order soon.

My experience with Etalaze.biz was terrible. I paid for an order, but I only received a part of my goods. I tried to contact the company multiple times by email and ticket but they didn't do anything. I even checked our tracking info which stated "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier" but nothing happened. It was very disappointing, especially since I lost a lot of money.
