The harmed party must be recognized before any compensation can be properly planned. Additionally, current black Americans who have experienced harm should also be provided with compensation. Lastly, the government should consider offering an equal clause so that black Americans can truly feel the freedom they deserve, without the burden of white supremacists constantly oppressing them (Fullinwider 16).
