Misrepresentation and Misleading
The salesperson of Ernest Wilson lie to me no sale no fee, they cannot sale my business for many year and sent the big bill to me to pay the advertising fee. If you are not agree to pay, Ernest Wilson have threatened you to sue you. Ernest Wilson used the same method to scam a lot of people’s money. We should gather together to fight with Ernest Wilson to stop scam our money. I will go to report this company of intentionally misrepresentation to the police and I hope police will do something due to too many victims. This is not only business disputes, it is a fraudulent misrepresentation!
Recommendation: Be careful! Nightmare and You will lose a lot of money without selling your business or property！

Not Selling Your Business Than Sending Big Bills For Marketing
I entered into an agreement with Ernest Wilsons on 14th February 2022
At the time of purchase, it was indicated by a representative of There company, Robert Williamson, that the service Had No Upfront Costs and the Fee Payable Only on The Sale of My Business

I have since discovered that this is not the case, Has you sent me an invoice for £996.00 therefore I feel the contract was misrepresented to me and also i never got left a copy of the terms
I Have Since Been Hounded By Stuart Moorhouse And Have Paid A Sum Of £500+ Vat Has He Put So Much Pressure On Me. I had hope he leave Me Alone But He Still Hounding Me For The Full invoice Total

i am writing this because i have a ongoing grievance as to my sale and advertising costs and a secondary bill i received after the sale of my business went through with this company un transparent any other costs owing after sale agreement was excepted and was not brought to my attention whilst the final deal was been brokered and this has caused me ongoing mental health issues which they didn't even take into any consideration
Desired outcome: full explanation breakdown of fees charged and a financial outcome that i can work with also for them to appologise for there way of dealing with this
selling my business
I have been sent a huge bill after I sold my business (with no help of Ernest Wilson agency) for advertisement fees which I have no proof they did. The advertisement apparently included newspaper, other agencies and their own website. I was verbally told by the company if there is no sale of the business there is no fees for anything but I did sign the contract. I have seen on forums such as

the exact same situations I have been put in by this rouge company.
even before welling my shop I asked them to stop trying to sell my business as they where failing to do so. I contacted the through telephone which they instructed me to write a letter asking them to stop there service which I did and delivered by hand but without my knowledge they kept advertising and trying to sell my business and I found out after selling my business and them sending me the bill.
