This company has failed to submit correct documentation for our property taxes to the town. In fact, they tried billing us $19,000 a year for our property taxes that are $8,600 a year documented by our town tax assessor. Multiple times we have requested for a escrow analysis of our new tax amount and the numbers they come up with do not match up to anything. The customer service is another issue at this company. No one speaks english and no one knows how to add numbers or even what they are talking about. It's a shame that theres a company out there like this doing nothing but frustrating homeowners and it's all EPM's fault!

It's a real shame that this company is totally incompetent, but they are. Look for another firm to do business with and make sure to tell your friends, "Buyer BEWARE". Don't do business here, folks.

What a grate and professional company! Our salaries increased significantly, so we decided to refinance our mortgage to pay off our debt faster. The staff was very friendly and communicated very clearly. They gave us the smoothest experience. Thank you!

Horrible mortgage practices. They tried to get me to refinance my loan and modify my payments, even though I was already approved by the SAVE THE DREAM Mortgage Assistance program. Instead, EPM sold my loan to another mortgage loan company, instead of working with me or the Save the Dream program.

Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC is the absolute worst mortgage lender I have ever encountered. I would never consider using their services for a mortgage. The complete lack of assistance and unprofessional customer service representatives is truly astonishing! My insurance payments are consistently late, and the calculation of my taxes is always incorrect. It is an absolute disaster! If it were possible, I would give them a rating of zero.

I would strongly advise against doing business with Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC. They are absolutely terrible at basic math skills. It took them a whopping four days to finally get their numbers straight, and even after that, they still managed to mess up. I made the unfortunate decision of signing with them for my first house, and it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. I honestly don't even want to give them a single star, but I guess I'm obligated to leave a rating.

Horrible lender. They're shady and their customer service is terrible. They miss property tax payments on impound accounts, they don't attempt to reach out if they reject your payment but will send you a confirmation email saying it went through, then proceed to NOT contact you that it didn't. Resulting in a "missed payment" on the credit report. Avoid these guys at all cost. They should be investigated.

This lender is really bad. They're not trustworthy and their customer service is really bad. They forget to pay property taxes on impound accounts, and they don't even try to contact you if they reject your payment. Instead, they send you an email saying it went through, but they don't tell you if it didn't. This leads to a "missed payment" on your credit report. Stay away from these people no matter what. Someone should look into their actions.

I've been trying to reach out to EPM corporate office for the past four months to get our loan assumed. They haven't returned any of my phone calls. The person who wants to assume the loan is a lawyer and they've never seen such a clear lack of customer care/service. Both of us have been dealing with their loan provider and have made multiple attempts too. Our last resort is to hire a lawyer and take legal action against this mortgage provider.

Very bad customer service. The info I got from the customer reps is all over the place. I just refinanced with another lender, but they took forever to send the payoff to the new lender. I closed on my new loan on 09/08, and they said they mailed my extra escrow on 09/28/201. After waiting for 10 days, I called and they said if I hadn't received it by October 8, I should call back for them to stop and reissue it. So I called back, but they said they won't do that for 30 days because they heard there's a delay in the mail. I'm really not happy with this lender.

EPM is so unprofessional and incompetent, it's unbelievable. They've been messing up my home loan assistance paperwork since June 2022, and it's now December 2022. I was out of work for nearly 3 months because I had a terrible case of Covid. They told me to apply for a deferred payment program, so I did. But every time I get the paperwork notarized, EPM rejects my application for all sorts of random reasons that have nothing to do with me. I call them and they promise that a representative will call me back, but guess what? I never get a call back. I have to keep calling and explaining my situation over and over again, and every time they just tell me to apply again. So I do, but they keep denying me for reasons that don't even make sense. EPM is absolute garbage! And now they're even messing up my credit by making negative notations. They're the absolute worst.

I used this lender through a mortgage broker I was referred to for a home loan. I had two closing dates scheduled to close on my loan, but they kept adding requirements to close. After waiting for four months, they told me I had to pay off a credit card, which they said would be enough to close. So, I did that. But then they told me my income was still unacceptable and I had to get rid of my car debt. I sold my car to a family member, and then they started harassing me for that family member's bank statements and information because the payoff note suddenly wasn't good enough either. I'm a single parent, and this company almost made me drain my savings to get a home loan, even though they knew they wouldn't approve it. They were very unresponsive and didn't care about timelines or closing dates. I had to pay the appraisal fee upfront out of pocket, so now I'm out $550.00. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They're a rip-off and seem to enjoy playing games with people! I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my 20+ years of working in customer service!

Truly the worst. Their customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of and straight-up incompetent when you do get through. They confirmed receipt of our payment and then didn't tell us that it actually didn't go through. WE caught it because we noticed the money didn't leave our account and called them. It turns out the account number was wrong so we fixed it on the phone with them. The next month, the SAME THING happened again. We called, they fixed THEIR mistake. It then happened AGAIN the next month because they input the numbers in wrong...again. And did I mention they charged us late fees all three times and refused to remove them and reported us as having a missed payment on our credit? I should also mention that after the third "fix" I went online to triple confirm and they had once again updated it incorrectly. So this would have happened a fourth time and they would have received another $125 dollars from us. We're currently trying to buy a new home and because of their incompetency and poor processes, we're suffering. We have otherwise perfect credit but this is ruining our chances of getting the best rate. This is the worst company I have ever had a mortgage with and is actually one of the reasons we ultimately sold this home because we couldn't handle having our mortgage with them any longer.

I have contacted them numerous times regarding my payment to have had no response. The last time we spoke to anyone, the representative, said that there was no help for us to defer or forbear our payment due to the COVID-19 outbreak in which my husband was laid off. This directly conflicts with the federal government mandate of all HUD based mortgages to receive assistance on deferment/forbearance if they are directly impacted. They refuse to contact us back via email or phone and continue to ignore their customers.

My mortgage was transferred from Equity Prime Mortgage to Round Point Mortgage at the end of September . I made a mortgage payment to EPM and they cashed the check but never transferred the money to Round Point. I have been calling EPM for over a month now and no one will return my calls to rectify the issue. I have sent several emails to Kerrie Callan and she responded once to say that she spoke to Round Point to have the issue resolved. I spoke to Round Point and the company had no record of any conversations with EPM. I was also informed that they would need my authorization to speak about my account. I and a representative from Round Point made several attempts to do a conference call with EPM but still no luck. I just want my mortgage payment transferred to new company and to know that I am not out of 1500 dollars. I have proof of the cashed check from EPM but still no progress.

EPM reached out to my wife and me, as we're both disabled Veterans, about refinancing our house to reduce our debt. We started the process and paid for an appraisal and everything else requested to get the refinance with a cash out done. However, on the day of closing, we were ignored and ghosted. We're in very tight financial constraints, and now we're behind on our mortgage because we were supposed to close in February, but they kept extending the closing a week at a time.

I'm currently in the process of closing on a new property, but for some strange reason, my broker, real estate agent, and I can't seem to reach anyone at Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC. It's been a terrible experience because the underwriter keeps delaying the process. It's been three weeks since I was supposed to close on the property, but my broker and her team can never get in touch with upper management or the underwriter team. Their voicemails are always full, and they never return our calls. I'm on the brink of losing the deal, and all I need are some answers on what to do next.

On August XX, XXXX, I asked this company to cancel my FHA case number. I decided not to get a loan from them because the loan officer didn't inform me about important loan details. It's now August 30th, and nothing has been canceled. I emailed people in the company, but they haven't contacted me back regarding the status. Because of this company's neglect and their staff's lack of communication, I'm facing delays and fees to postpone closing dates on my future home with a different loan and mortgage company. I'm requesting that they expedite this process and hold themselves responsible for any fees I incur due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC serviced my 203k loan and it never got closed out with FHA. We've been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks, but all the calls go to voicemail. They serviced my 203k loan from [protected]. Now, I'm trying to refinance, but the new company says that my old 203k loan was never closed out after the work was completed in December . The mortgage company I'm trying to refinance with has been trying to contact Equity Prime for two weeks, and so have I, but we haven't had any luck. Every time I call, it goes to voicemail, and when I do manage to speak with someone, they just give me a new number where nobody answers. It's been two weeks of getting the runaround, and my deadline is approaching.

We started this process over 4 months ago and still don't know when we'll close. We've paid for 3 extensions. What are we extending? Because we can't get ahold of ANYONE who works for this terrible company, our family has to put our stuff in storage and couch surf. We have 5 small children. It's wrong what they're doing to people, and it seems like it's been happening for years, judging by the many reviews. They're criminals. Every other week, they come up with some new creative way to charge us for something. We've paid fee after fee and still have no idea when we'll get the keys to our home. Someone should protect people from companies like this. It's insane. Absolutely disgusting. We've paid off all debts, sent in every piece of paper they could possibly think of, have a very significant down payment, and we have no answers.

My Mortgage Company was supposed to renew my homeowners insurance policy in April. I got a letter from my mortgage company in July saying I didn't have any insurance and that they gave me forced place insurance. I called them in July 'cause they were supposed to renew my homeowners insurance and they didn't. The customer service rep from my MTG company put me on hold, called my insurance company (Heritage) who told them they'd reinstate my insurance if my MTG company paid them. My MTG company said they'd pay my insurance company and give me back the money for the forced place insurance, which made my MTG payment go up by over $600. On Aug 26th, I had water damage in my home and when I called Heritage, they said my MTG company didn't pay them like they promised and I didn't have any coverage. The forced placed insurance isn't covering all my damages, which ain't fair to me.

On May X XXXX, a check from my bank, Wells Fargo, was sent to Equity Prime Mortgage. After lots of phone calls and emails from me to them, showing proof of payment, my account was finally credited for the mortgage payment. But now, in Jun X XXXX, I sent another check from the same bank account to Equity Prime, and they still haven't credited my account or acknowledged my payment. They keep calling me, harassing me to collect a debt, but there's still no resolution. Just four days ago, I sent another personal check from my account to Equity, and I'm waiting for them to confirm that they've received it. Meanwhile, I'm still getting six calls a day about not making timely payments. I'm really upset because I've never been late on a mortgage payment, and because of no fault of my own, this will affect my credit. They've even charged me two late fees for the month of June. And tonight, they asked me to make another payment from the same account for June.

Equity Prime Mortgage, LLC has been a complete disappointment. They have failed to record my mortgage payments accurately, consistently getting the amount wrong on the payment coupons. It seems like they are attempting to charge me late fees for payments that I have already made, but they have not bothered to record them. It's been more than 60 days since my loan closed, and they have made no effort to contact me with payment information or any form of communication.

I had to rely on a local mortgage service to find out where to send my payments and which account number to use. I diligently sent my payments for both June 1st and July 1st, and they cashed both checks without recording them. To make matters worse, they added nearly $1000 to each payment for no apparent reason. As a result, I have been bombarded with past due notices for three consecutive days. It's frustrating because I received an email from Stephen ***, the VP of Sales, assuring me that this issue would be taken care of, but nothing has been done. They still haven't recorded any of my payments.

On top of all this, they changed my account number without notifying me. I have done everything I was supposed to do by making my payments each month. My credit scores have always been exceptional, with all of them over 800 and my Fico score over 850. Now, all of that is in jeopardy because of the sheer incompetence of this company.
