Listen, if you ever have a doubt about taking the jump, do it, Epic is there to catch you. This team is amazing. Not only do they cut out the BS behind real estate investing they guide in how to do it right, professional and honest.

The live training is intense with questions answered, different speakers, and information about a lot of real estate investment strategies. The online material is more than comprehensive - everything you need is in the training website. The additional tools, such as REI Blackbook, give you structure. Best of all is the action plan and daily scorecard which literally ensure you will be successful.

Epic Realty basically provides the tools that does 90% of the work for you and it just takes you to do your 10% in order to succeed. It's well worth the money.

The live training with Matt was an eye opening. Matt made it so simple for us to understand the real estate investment techniques. I love it when Matt made us do the 9 point seller interview multiple times with partners. it helps me gain self confident when talking to a motivated seller. I am eager to make my first deal and post the experience, hopefully soon.

Matt and Mercedes have put together a GREAT program that honestly helps you in more ways than just your real estate goals. They set you up for success starting with your mindset and show you what it takes to become successful in virtually any aspect of your life. If you simply write out the plans taught and stay focused and consistent you cant fail. I can see this is an in depth course that has been well thought out and polished over time. The epic team wont fail you, you'll make that decision depending on your own efforts and determination.

Correction! This is a 10 star review. The most important part of any experience Tammy and I want when looking at a potential business venture is knowledge, great attitudes, and passion. We cannot fully explain the level of excitement we are experiencing now because sometimes you can't write it down. The first item of interest was knowledge and experience. This team has everything broken down to a science. The second is their approach, which is motivating, inviting, and an excellent experience. Everyone we met and or listened to exuded confidence, and passion. lastly the service. They took every challenge and had an answer that made sense. We feel we are really working with a family not a business. Paramount to anything else, when you have the confidence and courage to create change in your life, you can only pray your getting the help you need. EPIC! The name fits the cast, the attitude, and their performance.

Absolutely great, the team is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the real estate investing business. Extremely thankful for Matt's guidance and mentorship during this initial stage of my business. Epic 3 day Summit was an awesome summary of their program. After the 3 day overview, I went through their course and tools. I strongly believe that they are all set up for my success. In addition, I am very confident of their support staff. I will soon be putting all this knowledge and tools to work. I will certainly come back and post my review after I complete my first deal. In my adult life, I have attended dozens of weekend seminars, week-long classes, and probably nearing hundred online courses. Never has one, no matter the price tag, size, or length of the content, ever even come close to providing the value I experienced at only the 3-day Epic Real Estate Investing Seminar. I left with notebooks worth of notes from so much well-communicated knowledge and priceless information taught to me, not to mention that it was delivered in an extremely personal way. Questions were welcome. Answers were explanatory. This amazing company completely over-delivers in ways that I have never seen. I am never given to over-excitement and I reserve myself to always remain skeptical, though open-minded. I was rewarded here. It was an academic approach to business proficiency that cannot be found anywhere else. I can only look forward to the future working closely with the fantastic team at Epic REI.

My wife and I attended the Epic real estate summit because we wanted to learn how to grow and scale our real estate business. We were blown away by the information we learned from the 3-Day event. We walked away with tools and learned different ways of marketing ourselves to sellers and investing in ways we never knew was possible. My wife and I were met by the Epic team consisting of Matt, Mercedes, Miguel, Derek, Suzanna, and Ashley. During the course that Matt personally taught, Matt and the Epic team were readily available to answer questions and to assist with whatever is needed to help launch our business. The help didn't end there. Once our business was set up, the epic team still make themselves readily available to guide us to ensure our success.

Hands down is the best Real Estate Investing education you could find. Matt, Mercedes and the entire team are incredible people, I am super grateful for them. Prior to starting in their education program, I knew absolutely nothing about real estate investing. I now have the confidence and know exactly what it is I need to do to be successful in real estate investing. Anyone who gets a chance to work with Epic Real Estate is incredibly blessed, you will truly learn everything you need to know to be able to write your own paycheck, plus they are fun to be around. I've had a ton of questions and always get the information I need to take the next step.
