I just booked a trip for me and my partner on The Smooth Jazz Cruise 2020.2 with Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC (ECP) for $6450.00. The cruise is with Celebrity Cruise Line and it's happening on March 14-21, 2020. But then, the United States State Department said that people should not go on cruises because of the coronavirus (Covid-19). Celebrity Cruise Line said that they will give people future travel vouchers if they cancel their trip. But when I tried to cancel my trip with ECP, they said they haven't decided what to do yet. They will only decide after the cruise ends on March 21. Celebrity Cruise Line said they will give people their money back, but ECP has to do it. I hope ECP will do the same thing as Celebrity Cruise Line and give us our money back before the cruise. It's a scary time to travel and we should listen to the State Department's advice. Johnny G.

Booked a cruise with these guys for December 3-10, 2020 but they cancelled it and moved it to October . But we got a problem with the new date. They said we could get a refund but it's gonna take 4 payments (9/1, 11/1, 1/1 and 3/1) which is way too long, man. I already paid for the whole thing back in January 6 with my Royal Caribbean Visa card. It was $3495.00, yo.

So, I was all set to go on a cruise with Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC from 1/30 to 2/06. But then, they went and cancelled it on me! They rescheduled it for 1/31/2022 to 1/28/2022, which is a whole year later. And get this, their refund policy says that if they reschedule the cruise more than 10 days, you can get a refund. But when I asked for my money back, they said no way. I only paid for the original reservation #*** for the first cruise, and they won't give me a full refund. What a bummer!

I was gonna go on a cruise with ECP Cruises but then the Corona virus happened and I didn't wanna risk it. I tried to cancel but they said no way, no how. I even explained that I take care of my old mom and she could get sick but they didn't care. I couldn't even talk to nobody on the phone, it was a total nightmare. But at least the cruise line gave me back my money for the stuff I booked with them. ECP is being real stubborn, even with all this virus stuff going on.

I paid 8000.00 for a cruise with Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC for the Smooth Jazz cruise on 3/14. But the day before the cruise, all cruises were banned. I asked for a full refund before the departure because my immune system was weak and two of my doctors advised me not to travel. I tried to get insurance, but it didn't cover Corvid 19. The trip was canceled, but ECP refused to give me a full refund. They said they would pay me back in 4 payments, with the last payment in December . I have no income, and my 3 stores are closed. I can't wait until the end of the year to get a full refund. *** wants me to take 75% of the money if I want a full refund, so he can make a 25% profit. He's holding onto my money for personal gain and greed. I asked for a full refund right away, but he's refusing and trying to make me sign an agreement to get the refund in 4 payments, with the last payment in 12/20. I paid 8000.00, and I want my money back immediately. It's not fair for him to demand those terms when he collected all the money, and the cruise was canceled.

I was supposed to go on a cruise with Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC on March 14th. I bought the drink package for $184.80 on March 10th and the internet package for $116.00 on March 12th. But then the COVID-19 happened and the cruise got cancelled on March 14th. They said they would give me a full refund for everything I bought. But I still haven't gotten my money back on my card. I told them on March 23rd, but they didn't call me back like they said they would. I called them on April 2nd and they said they processed my refund and it would be on my card in 5-7 business days. But it wasn't. I called again on April 10th and they said they would credit $300.80 to my card that day. But they didn't. I called back on April 15th and talked to someone named ***. He said they were still processing my refund and he would email me in 24-48 hours. But he never did. They keep giving me excuses and I just want my money back on my card.

We went on the 2020 80's Cruise from Entertainment Cruise Productions, LLC, which was supposed to have Bret Micheals, Loverboy, The B-52's, Dire Straits Legacy, and Midnight Star as headliners. We were excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary with Bret Micheals. But, when we got on the ship, all the bands canceled, including Bret Micheals. We paid a lot of money to see these groups, and we were disappointed. ECP promised to make it right and said they would announce how they would compensate us by the end of March. They brought in some other bands to fill in the gaps, like Kool and the Gang, Taylor Dane, and the Whalers, but they were not the same caliber as the headliners we paid for. We received an email from ECP offering a $200 coupon for the 2021 80's cruise, but we noticed that they had raised the price by $200, so it was not really a compensation. We booked the cruise based on their advertisement, and we would have chosen a different vacation if we knew the headliners would cancel.
