I just received a call from Legal Support Solutions on behalf of "Elite Cash Wire". I have never heard of this company before; but they had all of my personal information. Even down to which bank I use!

This loan was supposed to be taken out in April 2018. The Legal Solutions Company does not have copies of any paperwork, that they are just middle men.

What do I do?

Just received a call from Centennial Service using the phone number [protected] to say I owed a payday loan through elite cash wire. I have NEVER heard of this company nor have I taken out a loan. I called the number back and got a Frank Williams.

The scary part is they had my personal information. I checked my email and I have never received any correspondence from this company. I will also be filing a complaint with my state Attorney General's office.

At the end of our conversation, Mr. Williams said well if you want to dispute it, good luck with that, and quoted an amount of over $1,000.00 court cost and hung up

I was contacted today by a collection company saying i took out a $500 loan out on May 3rd 2019. Ive never heard of this company until today, when the collection company contacted me. Im so mad right now I can barely breath, I did not take out this loan even with all the info they have, Im assuming it was my roommate and supposely my best friend at the time but i have no way of proving it. This collection company has my entire life info that they say
elitecaswire.com has and gave them. I dont know what to do.

I just learned from a debt collector, Tracey Kennedy, 888-594-2764, that I owe two loans with EliteCashwire or their affiliates (CashUSAnet or Speedy Cash, etc.) in the amount of $1000. I have asked Ms Kennedy to forward a copy of the paper work she has but she has not done so as of the writing of this complaint. She has my social security number and date of birth and I was told I would be served with process from the court and I can explain my situation before a judge. I have not taken out a loan with EliteCashWire and a check of my credit records will show that. Miss Kennedy was calling from a number in Darlington, Md 443-267-9065. I have heard from her before when she was looking for a Ronda Gill and the social security and dob were not my and she was calling from a Baltimore numaber 410-844-0085. I have written to EliteCashWire (since there is no direct number for them) explaining the above and wanted all information. I am also filing a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Burear

I filled out an online loan application and got a call the very next day from CA Cash Advance telling me that I was approved. Now years later I did the same thing and was told in order to receive the loan I would have to pay the interest up front this wasn't a scam. This time around it wasn't the case. The man on the phone told me all I had to pay was interest up front and I can get my loan.
