Elite Concepts has done so much to help me achieve my goals as a real estate investor that I don't know where to begin. Elite Concepts (EC) is all about building a good customer base and having a long term relationship!

EC have helped me selling my properties by managing, marketing, making improvements etc. EC has resources to complete the projects in a timely manner and they kept me in loop whenever there was a change in the plan. By doing this they have built the trust and relationship that gave us peace of mind.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son and I started our own business buying and rehabbing properties in the Birmingham area. We were introduced to Greg and his team through another real estate investor. We were investing from California and had heard many of the horror stories of out of state investing. We were apprehensive at first, but decided to jump in. We obtained two properties initially, one had been rehabbed and needed tenants placed. This couldn't have gone any smoother, Abby was sending us information on potential clients the day after we contacted ELITE CONCEPTS. We had our tenants placed within 10 days. We wanted to have at least one open house or we probably could have chosen them after 3 days. Our other property was a tax deed, in need of some serious rehab. ELITE CONCEPTS to the rescue! Greg has a fantastic rehab team lead by Winston, who is not only great at getting work done, but keeps us appraised on work progress, with pictures and sometimes video almost daily. Anyone who has done any research into out of state investing, has heard horror stories about how it is so easy to get taken by shady contractors and rehab teams. ELITE CONCEPTS is the company you can trust. We are two weeks into our 6 week rehab on our second property. Because of the quality of work that Winston and his crew produce, there has already been interest from neighbors as to if the house is for sale or will be available for rent. As a newly retired fire captain, with about 30 years of construction experience, it has been wonderful to talk directly to Winston, who obviously knows construction very well. He answers every question in full, not just cursory short answers. He and his team have put us at ease throughout this process. After Winston and his team is finished I'm quite sure Abby will step in and place our tenants. On to our next property with the incredible support of ELITE CONCEPTS.
