I've been having problems with my Elgato 4KS Plus for about a week, so I reached out to their support. I had to call support twice just to find out what's happening with my support ticket. The device only worked for about 2 weeks, and now it's not recognized by my PC. The support has been extremely unhelpful as well. I understand that Covid has them overwhelmed, but not getting an answer to what's going on has been frustrating and costing me money since I use it for work. My overall experience has been negative because when I explain my issue, their support is more focused on telling me what to do rather than actually fixing my problem. How can you fix your problem when they don't listen to you in the first place? I will never choose Elgato again after these experiences.

I'm really frustrated with Elgato Systems LLC. Their website is not user-friendly at all. It's so hard to find the information I need. I tried to contact their customer support, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They never respond to my emails and their phone line is always busy. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
And don't even get me started on the quality of their products. My capture card worked fine for a while, but then it just stopped working out of nowhere. I didn't do anything to it, it just decided to stop working. Now I can't do my work properly and it's causing a lot of problems for me.
I expected better from Elgato. I thought they were a reputable company, but now I'm not so sure. I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different brand.

Elgato be sellin' a product that don't work, ya know? The HD60S+ keeps crashin' whenever two apps try to use any cameras on a PC 'cause it uses a universal camera driver. People been complainin' 'bout this issue on the internet for years, but Elgato ain't done nothin' 'bout it. Even when ya contact their support, all they say is to wait and hope they fix it. All they gotta do is make an extension for the driver so multiple apps can use it, like they did with their previous cards. They know how to fix it, but they just don't wanna do it.
