We installed this devise under the pretext that it was goverment subserdised and would save us 25% to 50% of out electricity cost per month.
this did not happen. then when we contacted the local municipality, they informed us that they nothing of this.
we approached C T international and informed them that we are very unhappy with this devise and they are to please remove it and refund our money.
they said no. just a straight no. they also said we must find the person who sold us the devise and ask them to refund us.
so if anyone else has these same problems, please voice them and not let some one else get ripped off like us.
plus you can get a better devise from your local DIY store at under R1500 and it has more functionality.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Hi All, I have worked for them in 2008 for Two months and soon realised they are ###ters! they are also based in Boksburg as well as in Pretoria under MTC is what they trading and like i myself was sceptical as how could this work? but many years later discover they are still Ripping off the people and saw the whole story on carte blance and glad that the people has takken action.

If you are so happy with the product then great! Why are you calling everybody else incompetent and then you have the audacity to not even mention your name. Why are you scared to say who you are? Why do you need to hide behind the word ANONYMOUS?

All of you guys are pissed at the wrong people, you are the incompetent user of the device it think for you guys its an IO(you can guess what that stand for) error i bought this device and helped me save or a 1000 bucks per month on electricity bills! So please get your facts straight before you want to try and go to Carte Blanche cause i'll guarantee you that i'll help by contacting them and telling them you stories are ###
