Very helpfull with a tax issue I needed resolved, and they responded quickly.

They advertise that it's a free file but after you give them all the information they was $25. Liars.

Your website is a bit shaddy but after several emails with *** we got my problem resolved. He was a grate help.

I still dont know if my request was accepted or not so I ended up filing for an extension twice. Not sure what is happening. I guess Ill see.

When I bought these services to get my tax extension, they helped me out real fast. They even gave me back the money I paid twice by mistake.

I tryed to cancel 4 times and they keep charging my account. They send me emails tryin to get me not to cancel and when I dont respond they keep charging me. Stay away!

I gotta say, I'm super impressed with this website I found to file for a tax extension. The forms weren't too hard to figure out, and submitting them was a breeze. But, you know, I messed up and my submission got rejected. Luckily, I reached out to their customer service and they were actually really nice about it. They went ahead and submitted an extension for me. Thanks to E-file and their awesome customer service, everything got sorted out. This company is top-notch, I tell ya!

This service was real simple & easy to use to apply for your IRS tax extension. I was real happy with the feedback from them and directions on what steps need to be taken before the October Tax Due Date. *** is the name of My personal representative who circled back around to me to make sure I was satisfied. Never just give your credit card info to this company. You'll be at their mercy. This company is used by a local family-run tax prep company. I was shocked last year, not realizing that E.file-tax.net had been charging $7.95 every month from the first day I signed on in April until the end of 2022. They called it an "IRS Shield." Why you need that for 9 months was never explained. I didn't notice, and later, I still didn't get why this was happening. That was on top of 2 separate charges of $49.00 & $29.95, which were charged 4 days apart in April 2022. It makes no sense because I had already paid a lot to the tax prep company! I'll never use any tax preparer who uses E.File.

Very bad. They make you make an account before they tell you it costs $29.95 to use their free efile service! They also make you give your phone number to make the account so they can send you spam texts. They don't need your phone number to efile an extension, only for their own reasons. I already got the free extension form from the *** website, so they didn't do anything for me except take my personal information. If they were good, they would tell you upfront that they charge $29.95 to efile a simple form, but then people wouldn't give them all their personal info for them and maybe others they give your info to email and text you services! They don't need your phone number at all, but they make you give it to make an account!
