I've been tryin' to sort out the payoff for the car I traded in for a newer one. The finance company's been takin' me to collections for four months now. They keep sayin' they sent a check, but the finance company says they ain't received a single penny. I've been callin' 'em over and over again, but nothin' happens. They either don't answer or I get no help. I just want 'em to either pay off the old car I traded in or give it back to me and take this new one away.

I bought a used car, a 2020 Versa, in August , but I still haven't gotten my license plate. They keep saying they haven't received the Title, and it's been almost a year now. The car isn't registered with the MVD. I need your assistance because I'm exhausted from dealing with them. I can't return the vehicle since it's financed.

I traded my old car for a new one in July , but even now, my credit history still shows the old car. I've reached out to the dealership multiple times, and they promised to settle the payment, but it hasn't happened for months. My recent credit report indicates that the vehicle is now late on payments. I talked to Caroline, the credit manager, and Irvin J, but they haven't resolved the issue. I told them I'm trying to purchase a new home, and now my credit score is ruined.

We bought a used 2018 Nissan Sentra in October . We put down $1,000. It's been months, but we still haven't gotten our permanent license plate. We live in Beclabito, which is about 100 miles from Gallup. So, when the temporary license expires, we have to drive all the way to Gallup to get another temporary paper license plate. We've been doing this for the past 5 months. It's really frustrating and ridiculous. And to make matters worse, they keep asking for updates on our Nissan car insurance, even though we're struggling to get the permanent license plate. I'm seriously considering returning the vehicle to the dealership. I don't know what's going on with them.

On October 30, we bought a 2017 Titan Nissan crew cab 4x4 platinum truck from Carrite used car lot. It's been almost ten months now, and we still haven't received our license plate. We've been asking Carrite and Nissan Corley multiple times, but no luck. On June 23, 2022, Corley Nissan in Gallup got involved, and Carrite told us to deal with Nissan Corley. Around June 20, 2022, I spoke with Andrew C, asking about the license plate. He said he would check in the back, call the DMV, and call me back, but he never did. I had to keep calling, and eventually, he told me to call Corley Nissan. I called Nissan and spoke to Helen G. She said Andrew C hadn't called her back. Since June 23, 2022, I've been determined to call every week. On the week of July 11, 2022, Helen said Mrs. C from Nissan Corley contacted the bank West Lake and got the title. Then, on the week of July 18th, Helen said Westlake bank overnighted the paperwork. During the same week, I called again, and Helen said nothing had arrived, but they had the tracking number. I called again on the week of the 25th, and still nothing. It's now August 1, 2022, and still no license plate! This has been going on for ten months. As far as I know, Carrite has finally paid off the bank for the truck, so we need them to register the vehicle so we can get a license plate. Please help us, *** & ***.
