ECA is better than any IMO I have ever worked with thus far and I have been in the business for a long time and dealt with so many others. When a problem arises, the rest might simply throw an agent under the bus, not so with ECA.

ECA Marketing and Alan Smithson and his team have been good business partners for my business for at least 10 years. They have the same client-first mentality that I have in my business. They don't push the latest greatest and highest products on you. Instead, they listen and help me provide the best options for my clients.

Alan and ECA staff are awesome, prompt, professional, and great at educating me on any and all products that would benefit my clients. They are responsive, don't drag their feet, and are great at smoothing out all of the "application" issues that carriers always seem to find. They are honest about marketing, no hype, no empty promises. I have worked with a number of IMOs over the years and this will be my last.

I have been working with ECA for several years. I like that not only are they responsive, but they are very knowledgeable on the products. I like to get into the weeds sometimes with questions and their professionals are well equipped to make me feel comfortable that I'm prepared when I'm meeting with my clients. Very friendly and helpful from the product experts all the way through the chain including contracting and applications, helping me stay up with/acquire the continuing education requirements, etc. Specifically, at ECA, I have worked closely with Alan Smith, Shane Johnson, and Michele Thompson and they are as good as it gets. Total professionals. No one knows their stuff better and yet, they still provide high quality service.
