Never finished paying plumbing contractor, delivered homes from Pennsylvania with improper plumbing, illegal pec tubing and improper drainage and venting. Left multiple customers with unfinished homes and lied about going back to finish. Houses now coming apart roofs leaking, floors separating, walls cracking, not one happy customer anywhere in Breezy Point, NY. Took advantage of sandy victims and lied to them.
We are sorry Mr. Manning feels this way. We know Sandy has been hard on many people and we have helped many people from all different areas get back into their homes in a timely manner. I'm not sure where he gets his information, but the plumber was paid in full for his job & the piping was indeed legal. The house was inspected & approved by NYC & a CO has been issued to him. If anything was improper, NYC would not have approved it. He is and has been enjoying a beautiful Modular Home, without complications, installed by ECD.
