bank card empire just got shut down and raided by police! aren't they heavily linked to dw scott financial? from what I hear bank card gets them into debt with their fraudulent work from home package, then dw scott solicits these clients claiming to get them out of debt with their work from home package? these people are crooks.

BEWARE: DO NOT GIVE DW SCOTT YOUR TIME OR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

I am ashamed to say that I worked for the scam company DW Scott for awhile. In an effort to be able to look my wife and kids in the eye, and myself in the mirror, I left abruptly and hastily after too much time. The damage, that I was a party to, still haunts me. And for those of you out there that were victims of this fraud, I feel terrible for you. I really do. Let me shed some light on this unseemly so-called business.

For quite awhile, I was completely in the know as to how each facet of the company works. By the way, be aware that any positive postings about DW Scott on various consumer sites is merely "planted" misinformation. Do not believe a word of it. Everything is designed to tee you up for a real financial shellacking.

From the lists that are purchased to contact these unsuspecting souls (buyer files), to the initial phone call, internally called tape rollers and closers (front end), to the marketing coach, known as a re-loader (back end) the individual is being set-up for the big hit that comes on the back end, by the so-called coach. This financial scalping comes in the form of so-called proven advertising packages. These advertising offerings are extremely hyped (all lies). And they are always in the thousands of dollars. They are a complete scam I can state with 100% surety. The only people that ever make any money, and it’s usually nothing compared to their “investment”, are people who are being set up to extract even more money from them.

For those that fall for all of this, their credit card information is quickly garnered. Then paperwork is sent out usually by fax. This paperwork is very rushed and positioned as being “highly time sensitive”. By signing and returning these documents the unfortunate individual loses all legal ability to contest these charges once they figure out they have been duped down the line.

As for the company, it is absolutely filled with convicted criminals, drug addicts, and alcoholics. The things that go on within the operations are completely dysfunctional. I was witness to drug dealing and use, outright theft, tax and child support evasion, welfare fraud, pervasive vulgarity, sexual indiscretions and much more. If you realized who the people were that you are speaking to by phone you would cringe. This is basically the deal.

I deeply regret my involvement with DW Scott. And my regrets extend to all the people that have suffered loss. Whether it might be financial, physical maladies, public embarrassment, self-esteem, familial discord and whatever else could result from these shameful acts. I am truly sorry for all of this. I can only hope that I can someday feel forgiven.

Yes, I was taken for over $4, 000.00 from DWScott. I did receive a few commission checks in the first short months. After that, promises that checks were coming, checks being held up for a period of time, then contact people and numbers were no longer available.
I could not afford this loss. It has been over a year ago that I was told I would be getting a check in the amount of $580.00 and still have not received it. When I got a list of fraudlant companies, DWScott was on that list so don't be taken by these thievies. Still trying to get my initial money back and really it is GONE.
If you know of anyway to help in getting money back you can contact me at histraw@yahoo.com

I, too, was scammed by Recession Proof USA. These guys are CONS plain & simple. The more you know about E commerce and what it takes to have a successful web site, the less likely you'll be to fall for Rick, Dan & Co's lies, half-truths, and B...S... They take advantage of those of us who have little or no experience with E commerce. First and foremost, they try to sell you a web site based on "affiliate marketing". You'll be told, "If you don't make money, we don't make money." Well, if they get $25, 000 out of you like they did me, I'd say they did make money! They claim affiliation with Sony, Amazon.Com, Go Daddy, & High Stakes Poker. I've checked with Sony, Amazon.Com, & Go Daddy and they informed me that they've never heard of Recession Proof USA. The Sony rep checked her data base an told me Recession Proof was not listed as an affiliate. Perhaps this is why Recession Proof isn't responsible for commissions you make on these web sites they sell you! Back in Oct, 2010, I was contacted by one of their phone people who sold me a web site for $395. I was told someone would be in contact with me to tell me how I could make some real money with this web site. I can tell you this guy told me two lies up front. First, he told me if I wasn't happy with the web site. he'd refund my money in 60 days. I asked him if he'd send me something in writing, he said he would. To this day (May 2011), I've received nothing from them. Even Mark, in customer service, said that guy had no authority to make this kind of agreement (this should have been my heads up). A few days after I bought my web site, Rick Stone contacted me. Turns out, this web site wasn't even active. You had to buy their "ad campaign" (you pay half, we pay half). After much reluctance, I paid the $25, 000. I was very skeptical- too bad I didn't listen to my roommate and better instincts. It took Rick & then a lengthy conversation with Dan Brunson to get me to charge the the $25, 000 on two credit cards. I had told Rick Stone that I needed extensive dental work ( according to the estimate $23, 000). Rick told me this program would give me money to fix my teeth. This goes beyond sleezey. Dan told me that if this did not work out for me, in 6 months, he'd give me my money back. Well, I do want my money back, but Dan is out of the office for an extensive period of time. Tonya, in customer service, let me speak to Scott Walters who claimed to be Dan Brunson's partner. Back in Oct, the day after I bought the web site, Rick contacted me the next day and told me Dan Brunson had taken over my file and would handle it from then on. I talked to Scott Walters, explained the situation and asked for my money back as Dan had promised. Scott said he'd have to check my file-call him back tomorrow morning (his time). He gave me what he said was his personal number. The next day(April 29), when I called, I got a voice message " Fulfillment, all representatives busy, leave your name, number, and a brief message, and someone will get back to you within 24 hrs. or Email us... No one has returned my call, and I tried twice (also on May 4). Tried customer service again, Tonya told me Scott, or one of his agents, would contact me; but, so far, no one has. These people need to be put out of business.

I wasn't smart to use them at all, period. This company has not paid me a dime in the six months since I sent them a cashier's check for $10, 000. Today, I called them, and they initially refused to allow me to speak to someone in management. When I persisted, they put on some woman named Denise Marshall, who said she couldn't refer back to the past, she could only speak of what is happening now. According to her, I paid for 96 hours of advertising, and if after 12 months, they don't produce the promised results (125% of the $10, 000 I spent), they would continue the campaign until they do produce the promised results. After six months, they have used 84 hours of advertising, producing not one dime for me. But, she said, we currently have two clients in your pipeline, but they have been placed on hold. Maybe after Christmas we will see some action. And then she said, they are working on six clients. Later on in the conversation, she said they are working on 15 clients. The number kept going up. The conversation became very heated from the very beginning when the Customer Disservice Rep refused to connect me to someone other than herself. She insisted that she was management, and only after I refused to accept that did she put on Denise Marshall (if that is indeed her name.) According to Denise Marshall, the man, (Mike Reynolds), who lured me in by saying he was once a teacher in the school system who lost his job and that D W Scott had produced thousands of dollars in income for himself and his family. . . was not known to her, and worked for a third party company. I told her I sent the check to D W Scott, and since they are D W Scott, the third party company is not responsible for paying me and delivering on the promises made, they are. In any case, the third party company represented them at the time, if there is any such animal.

At this point in time, I have been getting harassing telephone calls from the same Phoenix area code, where the caller calls my name, laughs, and then hangs up. Or, they call with an Unknown Number, and if I answer, they say nothing. I suppose this is meant to intimidate me. All it does is waste their time, which is okay by me, because while they're harassing me, they aren't calling and trying to take somebody else's money.

So, D W Scott Financial, this is my prayer for you:

Dear God,

I know that You are all powerful, and that You can do anything. If it be Thy will, remove D W Scott from business, any business, and handle each and every one of the people who work there in the way that only You can; knowing that they are swindling people of their hard earned money. If there are any innocent people working there, please forgive them but move them to do what is right and honorable in Your sight. Forgive me for my greed in asking for and wanting to make money the easy way. I know that this was not Your will. Please bless and help those who have been taken in by this company in all of its configurations and permutations. And if it is Thy will, Dear Father, You will one day see them in Paradise. In every day, in all ways, Blessed Father, Thy will shall be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Amen.

Hi, I got involved w/ DW Scott about 5 mos. ago and sunk alot of money w/ these guys & was told I would make my money back. I have received a letter saying they are blasting leads to make me money & in 5 mos. I have not seen the first check, I was later contacted by an advertising firm from Arizonia that said if I spent money w/ them they would do various forms of advertising for me to help my DW Scott buisness grow. Being that I understood that you do need to advertise to generate cleints I sunk more money into advertising. Well I got some proofs back of an ad they said they would run & it was horrible, so they said they would do another one. Which they did & it was equally as bad. I have now come to realize that this is not working & requested my money back & they gave me a song and dance about why they couldnt refund my money...What am i to do about this situation ?

realityvsfantasy:

Let me help you. First off you may find it difficult to get your money back. How much did they take from you?

Here's what you need to do NOW... ASAP! DO NOT DELAY!

(1) Contact your credit card company and stop the charge(s). CANCEL THE CARD IMMEDIATELY.
Tell your credit card company that you have it on good authority that you have been defrauded by a documented scam company.

(2) DO NOT SIGN OR RETURN ANYTHING FROM DW SCOTT

(3) DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH DW SCOTT

Again how much did they take from you?
Have you spoken to a so-called "coach" or "marketing advisor" (big time scammer)?
Did you purchase any so-called "marketing" or "advertising" packages (big scam)?

I think it's soon enough, if you can take some action, that you can get your money back.
Let me know... I am sorry for your anguish and hassle.

DW SCOTT MONTHLY FEES ARE A PART OF THE SCAM- former ashamed employee

TruthWillSetYouFree:

You are absolutely right in the fact that DW Scott rakes in tremendous amounts of money on these useless monthly fees. Usually called Hosting Fees. They are usually positioned as fees to maintain and host the websites which are absolutely pointless.

DW Scott counts on the fact that; (1) people will either forget about these fees. (2) Continue these fees in order to stay "eligible" for the promise of earining commisions. (3) not kow how to cancel these fees (4) give up after much run-around and hassle when dealing with DW Scott to cancel these fees.

WARNING: DO GIVE DW SCOTT YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION...EVER!

Justme85 is so concerned about the affliates (another name for scammed individuals). Why doesn't Justme85 provide their true identity and contact information? You can figure it out. They are only concerned about making their fraudulent scheme seem legitimate. When you call the customer service numer provided the automated system makes it appear to be a large, legitimate company. Really wish people would have their facts straight before they start slamming a company. It is not a "sham", the number to customer service is [protected]. Feel free to give us a call especially if you are an affiliate. I'm not posting anything to argue. I just want to correctly inform. And yes NoraSivle, I am very dedicated, proud, and concerned otherwise I would ignore these postings. Again, I encourage all our affiliates to give us a call at the phone number provided. Thanks.

I strongley agree with what you are saying but for some reason people are not talking about TRUE SUCCESS SOLUTIONS... Which is another new name for the company... These people dont know about DW SCOTT until they get their statement in the mail... I worked for the company as well and atn first thought it was great. Until After I had a few people call my cell phone after I got them started... The so called coaches were not calling the clients when they needed to they were not coaching they clients and they were not respectful at all. What I was hearing totally went against I wasw told... If Anyone haqs done buisness with them call your card company report the charge and try your best to get your money back.. I walked out on the job and haven't went back since... That company was a sister office for BankCard Empire, Core Payment Solutions, Merchant Referral Solutions. They Are all the same... Also I seen a Statement from someone else... About the bbb. They have an F rating because its a homebased buisness opp company and buisness in that industry gets a f rating no matter what unless they pay for the rating..

I actually work in the fulfillment department for the company you are an affiliate of. If you have purchased marketing and would like the status of your campaign, I recommend you contacting customer service and asking. We are not fraudulent by any means, nor are we affiliated with Bankcard Empire as mentioned above. I watch affiliate payroll checks go out every week. I truly urge you to contact us so that we may assist you and help you become part of the large group of affiliates that receive their checks on a regular basis. We also have a coaching department that is dedicated to helping you build your business if that is what you seek. Thank you.

I agree that DW Scott Finacial from Phoenix, AZ is a pack of fraudulent criminals. I've been taken for thousands for an affiliate marking package. And haven't heard from them since (months). I can't imagine they are in any position to help people with credit issues. As complaints pile up, it's a wonder they still have any presence on the internet.
About the illegal alien comment above... Well, DW Scott is just another form of illigal alien in this country. Certainly their business practices must be illigal. And their professional behavior if alien to what an honest person would expect.

No D.W. Scott Financial is not a scam nor are they connected to Bank Card Empire or OSC. I've been an affiliate with them for 6 months now, my first commission check was approximately $800 and its been going up since :) Of course its not 100% effortless and if people weren't making money they probably weren't putting time into the business. The website set up for me works but I myself put in effort as well and its proved to work well for me . I've done my research as well and found that OSC and D.W. Scott are not linked whatsoever. THATS RIGHT IVE DONE MY RESEARCH... it can work if u put in the time and effort nothing comes easy
