After driving 40 minutes to my appointment, I got stuck in traffic and was 11 minutes late. The dentist refused to see me or even talk to me yet their posted policy says 15 minutes or later for appointment could result in re-scheduling.
Another lady in the waiting room said I could have her appoinment which followed mine, but they refused saying they don't do business that way. This same lady said the last time she was there with her daughter thyey were five minutes late and the doctor refused to see them.
With gas at over $3 a gallon and the fact that he wouldn't even talk to me, combined with the fact that the lastime I was there I was on time but he kept me waiting almost 20 minutes I feel he should be reported
I was surprised to read the above comment, as our experience with Dr. Weiss has been wonderful.
He is kind to myself and my son and we both enjoy the conversations we have with him. He has
been excellent at remedying dental problems with both of us. Very happy with the services we've
received, and also with his kind and considerate staff. Always friendly and patient with us.
Have recommended him highly to others who have also reported good experiences.
When I was going to be late once, I made sure to call before making the long drive there, and the
receptionist explained that I was the last patient scheduled before the hygienist had to leave for the
day. Understanding her need to leave on time, I was happy to reschedule. A otther times when
we needed to reschedule an appointment, they were very kind about it. Very happy to have found
Dr. Weiss and his staff.
It is people who are 10, 15 and 20 minutes late than delay people like me and others who left in enough time to get there on time. I work, I have kids, I have a tight schedule and I appreciate that Dr Weiss and other dentists and doctors like him respect the time and effort of their other patients. My entire family adores Dr Weiss and the entire staff there. Wouldnt use anybody else.
My daughter was nervous about going to her new dentist..we had x rays and a cleaning in the office but not yet anything done with DR Weiss...he walked into the room did not say a word, tried to give her a needle and she squirmed...he slammed down his tools and walked out of the room. My poor 10 year old cried for him to please come back and he refused...she cried for an hour after leaving his office..It is unbelievable that this man is allowed to even work on children...he is RUDE...and he hides behind his very nice sweet assistant.
My 6yr old withcancer was turned away after we were 20 minutes late. She gets sick taking her premed.
He would no speak to us or see us even with an explanation to his assistant. This was a few years ago now. We have a great dentist now. They are out there. You are probabaly better off anyway, I heard his fillings are not too good.
