Yes he is still practicing.

I just wanted to add how amazed I am that dentists and doctors are allowed to continue to practice after hurting so many people.
Dr Stephen Baer is a monster! When we first moved to Sedona, I took my 3 children to him. He gave me a very lengthy report on their "cavities"(a total of 21--TWENTY-ONE!) and a hefty estimate along with a payment plan. I was in SHOCK! I made sure my children had regular check-ups and dental work if needed. Since it had only been 6 months since their last check up, I questioned his integrity immediately. I got a recommendation from my realtor, and changed dentists immediately. Of course, it didn't surprise me one bit when their new dentist DID NOT FIND ONE CAVITY! This was reported and he's still in business!?! "Dr." Baer was willing to put my 6, 8, and 14 year old boys through the pain and anguish of hours of unnecessary dental work, and to destroy their perfectly good teeth! This is why I call him a monster. And he still practices in Sedona today--12 years later! Why!?!
