Over a year ago I tried to get an appointment for my son who has Hemophilia A and has a large tarlov cyst at the bottom of his spine. Cigna healthspring made no attempt to offer any help and wouldn't return my calls. Every time I called Dr. Feigenbaum's office they gave me several different stories and told me to call the insurance company time after time. Finally they told me today that Feigenbaum's office doesn't accept any Medicaid insurance at all. There was much talk about how Dr. Feigenbaum is such a good doctor and how he cares for his patients. Well it's obvious he doesn't care about patients that aren't rich or have exceptional insurance. With my son having a bleeding disorder operations are not an option. Dr. Feibenbaum obviously cares about the all mighty dollar more then he does those in need. I am so hurt because I don't know where to turn to get care and help for my only son.
