Excellent quality, service, and workmanship! Outstanding professionals who do high quality work! Our 30 year old home looks brand new, and feels brand new with the new insulation and siding. The work crew are extremely professional, work all day, and clean up each afternoon before leaving. I highly recommend DL Design and will hire them for any other work we may want done.

DL Design Construction did a great job on our home. The original bid and the repair bids were reasonable. The work was outstanding! The crew is hard-working, friendly, and really proud of the quality of their work. We appreciate that our home is now more resistant to fire since the wood siding was replaced with Hardie siding and soffits now cover the eves. Our home is more comfortable and attractive than ever.

DL Design did a phenomenal job on our home remodel. They did new vinyl siding for us, new gutters, new sliding glass door, new front door, and a new garage door. The quality of the workmanship was very impressive; it's difficult for these jobs to be perfect but I can honestly say they did a perfect job on every aspect of the project from start to finish. DL Design Construction is amazing! We recently had Dmitriy and his crew out for a project on our house. They removed all stucco and windows on the front of our house and made our house look amazing! We added James Hardie siding and Anlin windows to the front of our house and I can honestly say they were the best! Money well spent. Dmitriy, Andre and Andre were just a couple of the crew members out on the job. They were knowledgeable, professional and over all, great guys. They arrived on the job, on time and cleaned up every day. Our project turned out just the way we wanted and they were great to work with. I highly recommend Dmitriy and his crew!

After much frustration trying to find a contractor, to replace our old single pane windows in our cedar shake and brick front home, we contacted DL Design Construction for a estimate on windows and siding. We met with Dmitrey, who arrived on time, and we discussed product options. He was very patient and helpful as we made our decisions. After signing the contract the project started as promised. Work progressed with out delays. The crew was polite and answered any questions we had. The end result was beyond our expectations. Attention to detail really shows. We have had many compliments on how our house make over came out. We would recommend DL Design, in fact we already have.

I cannot believe its the same house. DL Design Construction turned my home from the worst looking place on the street to the best looking place on the street. They've got friends, neighbors and even strangers stopping by to comment on how nice it looks now. Just an outstanding job. DL Design Construction I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years as a homeowner and landlord. We decided to go with DL Design Construction on a major renovation project after interviewing several companies. From Day1, Dmitriy himself spent time to discuss every fine detail with us, complete with a walk-through, product samples, and catalogues. When work began, the crew was skilled, professional, and timely. Every single surprise that arose was discussed in thorough detail. They accommodated late requests like adding light fixtures, repairing old studs, adding new insulation and sheathing. Although I visited the jobsite regularly, I still received regular text messages they provided daily project progress photos! The end result is an absolutely beautiful exterior makeover; the house went from worst to first in our neighborhood! I just finished having DL Design Construction add James Hardie fiber cement siding to my rental house in Stockton. I carefully considered all of the siding options out there and I made the absolute right decision to go with the combination of DL Design and James Hardie. The crew did an amazing job and Dmitriy was so great to work with, from explaining the long-term benefits of fiber cement siding, to keeping me informed about the permit process, to providing me with regular updates throughout the construction phase. With an older house with its original wood siding, there ended up being some issues along the way. When the workers discovered there was minor structural damage due to wood rot around some of the windows, Dmitriy thoroughly explained my options. In the end, I'm glad I signed the change orders to repair the damage and then to have his guys remove and reinstall all of the existing windows with brand new flashing. My house is now absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with how everything turned out. I can't say enough good things about Dmitriy and the entire team at DL Design!

We have a 93 year old home which had layers of old siding, including wood and vinyl. The house is a large home with complicated elements, and had suffered some neglect and damage by previous owners. Four companies provided bids, all of which were listed on the James Hardie website as part of their Contractor Alliance program. We knew we wanted Hardie Board fiber cement siding, and that it needed to be done right, as a once in our lifetime home -improvement project. DL Design Construction's bid came in within range of the other three, however they were the only one that we called back for a second interview, after the initial bid. The owner, Dmitriy, patiently answered all questions. We learned that they work with regular crew, not subcontractors, and that the foreman would be on site to make sure everything was being done correctly. We were also satisfied to learn that if any questions or issues arose during the process, we would have the opportunity to have a conversation, to solve the issue, to our mutual satisfaction. As a big project, we were told it would take about 6 weeks. We were not disappointed. I can honestly this was the best crew that we've worked with, and they worked hard as a team, Monday through Friday, typically from 8 to 5 pm . The foreman, Dmitriy (not the owner) was on site most of the time, also working. The guys were all great, including the three Andre's, Daniel, Tim, Slav, Artem, Alex and Paul. Everyone was polite, and helpful, and the crew cleaned up the mess (which was significant), every single day. For the first time, this was a project that was completed when we were told it would be. In all honestly, it was one week over, but that's because we had them do some extra things (change orders), not in the initial bid. They added more electrical outlets, installed new doors with framing, and even painted my art studio! Thanks to DL Design Construction, our home looks brand new!

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this company. We contacted DL Design Construction to get an estimate on having fiber cement board siding installed. After meeting with DL Design and walking our property, we decided to add on new insulation, new fascia boards, new gutters, and soffits. The cost was amazingly reasonable for all of the products and installation that was needed. The construction crew was exceptional. They were always extremely professional. They involved us at every decision point and notified us immediately when they spotted a potential problem. They provided us options when we had to make decisions - like replacing our back door due to rotting boards, replacing some beams that had old termite damage, and doing some electrical work that wasn't up to code; even to the nitty gritty items like the placement of our gutter downspouts and the paint colors for the existing structure that would not be covered by fiber cement board. They also let us know an approximate cost for each of the decisions we made. I also appreciated that they pointed out areas of concern on work that they don't do (interior work) and advised us (on a very high level) how urgent the repair would be. They left our home spotless every night. Other than a few tools piled discretely in a corner, our house after hours never looked like a construction zone. And ALL of my plants survived! Previous construction on our home (not DL Design) left my plants trampled by workers. They paid meticulous care to detail (e.g. touch-up paint and final walk thru) and all of the work was done to the best quality I have ever seen by a construction crew. They went above and beyond by offering to put up exterior items we (the homeowners) had taken down prior to construction (like our security screen doors) and one member of the team reinstalled our cat door for us (after I inquired if it could be done) for a very reasonable price considering what a beast that door was to install in the first place. They were super considerate, especially when we asked to stop construction for one day so we could host a small backyard birthday party for my daughter which was planned well in advance of us deciding to do construction. Due to pandemic restrictions, moving the party wasn't an option and we considered canceling when they offered not only to postpone work for one day, but, despite being in the middle of the most turbulent part of the project, they cleaned up the house in such a way that it had to be inconvenient for them to move large items, just to move them back the next day. The projected timeline provided at the time of signing the contract was right on target. And to show how amazing they all could be, the project was finished a week ahead of schedule. We are super sad to see this crew go and wish we could use them for all of our construction projects. Highly recommend.
