discountacparts.com review: Seller is ### and provides damaged parts

I ordered parts and compressor from the website www.discountacparts.com. I paid large sum for broken parts, which was really useless. The seller refused to help me and spoke with me in rude manner, and I have no idea what to do now. I lost more than $1, 000 and want money back, but the seller has refused me and ignores all my emails after that. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
