Excellent home inspection done at Desert Diamond Home Inspections. They found many defects in the house that saved me money. HVAC rattling needs maintenance on it. The circuit breaker box needs complete updating and many other things going on in unit 214. I highly recommend this company.

The service is excellent. Desert Diamond Home Inspections was a consummate professional and contacted us beforehand to let us know what to expect from their services. They attached a video informing us of what would take place and included a link for payment, which was very convenient. The inspection took about 3 hours and at the end Desert Diamond Home Inspections briefed us on what findings there were. They also let us know that a detailed report would follow later that evening. When we received the report, it was completely detailed with pictures. We highly recommend their services. They were prompt, detailed and even supplied an informative booklet entitled, "The Thrill of Home Maintenance in Southern Arizona".

We hired John Smith at Desert Diamond to complete an inspection of the home we were interested in purchasing. John performed the best home inspection I have ever seen. In addition to all the typical stuff, he discovered and identified problems that most inspectors would probably not take the time and effort to find. John went above and beyond my expectations. He takes his time, even going into the attic and crawl space. He even used a sophisticated thermal imaging device to identify where a part of the vaulted ceiling was missing insulation. If we need a home inspector in the future, I will absolutely be hiring John at Desert Diamond again. I give him my strongest recommendation.

Alex is intentional about noting any and all deficiencies, and documenting them, and explaining everything in a way that is easily understood for someone without the same level of experience/expertise as him.
