Beware of this womans Breeding ethics. She breeds multiple breeds of dogs and is a puppy Mill. Also, my friend bought a sick dog from this Breeder. Her web site info is not acurate. In her so called Parquin, dogs, in my rearch, she has done nothing but copy, another Breeders web site. I was interested in this line of terriers . She claims to have purchased her stock from this Breeder whom has passed away. In my finding this is a lie. She has tried to purchase and has purchased her stock from breeders whom have this line. I also have found she has copied another web sites, information to make it look as if her own. I have talked with several Breeders to confirm, who new of the Original Breeder of this line.and have been in touch with a few of his close friends. Dont be takin by this Fraud.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Boy I can tell you a lot about Debbie Nap, but it would take me weeks to tell you all about her, but I can say stay away from her please.
she got me good I no that. and I will say my name, Sally from Ohio. you know me Debbie. we did meet, she did take a lot from me, but I see God will take care of her.PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER! Take your time looking for the baby you want. call the vet, go to the home and see were the baby comes from. don't trust Debbie Naps friend at all. God will get you Debbie Nap.
I was ripped off by this lady big time. I bought one of her dogs. Sent her $700.00. We chatted back a forth about it. Was to meet her to pick up dog. When she was on her way to Sturgis, and me down south. Things did not work out. And I never got my money back no matter what I Said.
OH MY god! How I was taking in by this woman... She asked me while I was purchasing dogs from her to post something good to offset these complaints. How naive I was. You can see my post above ...I spent over $15, 000.00 dollars with this woman to purchase top of the line registered breeders. What did I get:
Two dogs without registrations. One that I was told was 3-4 yrs old but when I finally got her papers was 7 yrs old and too old to breed. A male with teeth so bad that I don't see how he can even eat. You can wiggle them with your fingers what is left. Now she did tell me he had bad teeth but I was thinking he did have teeth and just a simple teeth cleaning issue. Please do not purchase from her. I was a fool and quickly separated from my money. Oh and one dog had a heart murmer she asked me not to ever tell because it was so small and would not affect her. How stupid could I be? Well expensive lesson learned. Be WARNED!
As with any business, especially where animals are the product you will have someone unhappy. But it is clear if you read all the scammer reports and complaints against Deborah Nap that it is just a couple of people posting all the complaints. They are so similar in wording and content that almost anyone could see it if they looked. I have had several pleasant dealings with Debbie and have also purchased three dogs from her. They arrived healthy and were all she said they would be from the shine on their coats to their conformation. Well mannered and loving, top of the line. It seems such poor taste to try and tear someone down and try to ruin them and unfortunately there are not internet police to go after people that post under several different names for defamation of character. So what if general information about Biewers and Parquins are on her site is similar to other sites. History is that and you can't make up different stories of how they evolved it is what it is.

Well if anyone reads this and believes it is stupid! I have known Deb for 30 yrs and she puts her babies before her family anyone can go to her house at anytime.. she has regular visits from officers to make sure she is staying in the law and inspections.. I have one of her babies and she is the best dogs I have... If you look at this no one signed their name it is the same person and someone Deb would not let have a dog cause there was red flags... so people don't believe one person who is mad cause she could not start their own puppy mill with her breed!

Thank you for the heads-up! I almost fell for it, but something about her and the pup's face did not match her words. The pups did not look like "best in the WORLD" because she's the "BEST breeder and blah, blah, blah." My gut told me these pups are neglected, for show only, sickly poor babies. Something was not right and I decided to Google her. THANK YOU everyone who took the time to expose this monster.

News Flash, another Yorkie, Lover taken by Deb Nap this consumer reports, on Scammer Report, She bought 3 dogs that were sick, and goes by Debbie Nap of Canine Couture, as well? Again, poor Consumers, Buying, dogs from a Breeder, and end up with nothing but Heart ache, and Trama.. This informer also claims, the dogs we nothing what they expected, and had a hard time getting the paper work.. Not to mention, the dogs were sickly...There are several stories all over the internet, about this Breeder..Sad Very Sad...

Your really reaching.. my sister bought, a yorkie, from this breeder and it died.. Debbie Nap, whom changes her, web site address regularly, Now Its ( World Wide Yorkies) again has scammed yet another poor soul, she is on [redacted], and scammed a person with a sick dog with a lung infection, and has blocked the persons phone call... She also is on a You tube, ad if You Goggle Parquins Yorkies, her dogs are not from This breeder Raymond Antonucci, whom she claims they are .. but from breeders, 4th removed from buying dogs from this Dead breeder.. there is a pedigree... also the picture she uses on her web site, of this, deceased, man is on there and signed to a completely different person...not to her, showing she is taking other persons pictures and using them?... And wont refund my money.. or answer the phone... She has multiple breeds of dogs and has, now has maltese to add to the list... Deborah napp has never sold any sick ogs to m knowledge.Many friends and family members have her dogs and there in perfect health.When I wen't to her website I called the contact information to see if it was indeed false and it wasn't.she answered and gave a lot of information on her dogs buisness and answered all the questions I asked her. She is not a "fraud"and if you think that chances are you haven't done buisness with her
You are probably Deb Nap in cognito. EVERYONE knows she is a scammer and rip off con. She does sell sick dogs. She sold one to my friend. It took about 3 monrhs for to rid her if a horrible ear infection and worms. At least she was one of the lucky ones. Her dog, Lucy, did not die. Its been 2 years and Lucy is a healthy happy dog. If you do plan to purchase a dog through this scammer, make sure you have plenty of time and money to pay the vet bill. She needs to be shut down!
