DBC Limited fraudulently states they will create a “done for you” Amazon/Walmart eCommerce storefront. They will state it is 100% money back guarantee after 12 months of no ROI. Back in April 2021, I paid DBC Limited $35,000 USD for this service. Within 3 months the WalMart store was shut down for violations commuted be DBC Limited employees who were to run the store. DBC then offered to create an Amazon store in its replacement, not without having to pay more fees to have the replacement store. The Amazon store was created and immediately shut down for the same reasons as the WalMart store. Since then I have been requesting a refund. DBC response is “we are trying to appeal the decision and his a release of funds”. They’ve stated this statement numerous times over the past 2 years. DBC continued to bill me for a software that wasn’t being used as the store was not active even though I stated this. I have seen the SEC did file a complaint against DBC Limited in 2019 and it was stated they were to stop offering these services. Yet they still in 2023 offer them.

Desired outcome: The refund amount owed

Hey Toni,

Unfortunately, I fell for it too.

I paid him $35,000 and after two weeks my store was deactivated. I’m trying to file a case against them. It would be very helpful if I would have some other victims. Could you help me?🙏🏻

They are a despicable company that should not be allowed to operate. They charge insane fees for deployable customer service.
