Hello, Do not make the mistake that I did and buy from this organization. I thought they were an upstanding organization and honor's their warranty but they don't go to ***, *** or anyone else. I ordered the side charger and at the range the Bolt locked with a 5.56 round and after I un-jammed it the Bolt had been damaged. Because I didnt' send the entire Bolt Carrier Group back the warranty was voided. I used and extra bolt I had and because of this the warranty is voided. Now they claim their bolt is industry standard but you can't use a different bolt because that "Alters" the product. I thought AR15 parts were interchangeable I am not talking about putting a Bull Pup bolt in it but a standard AR15 Bolt. They do not stand behind their product go else where.

I recently purchased a complete upper kit in *** Legend.Everything arrived pretty quick and looked good. Unfortunatly there appeared to be a defect in the chamber.I contacted DD for an RMA and they responded immediately and took the upper back for inspection and issued a complete refund.Every company will have a defect of something sometime but good, fast, communication and fair resolution is the key. DD service was excellent. I will not hesitate to try DD again if the need arises.

I give this company a one star review, because zero stars was not an option. I ordered an assembled upper AR-15 pistol on September 7 and finally received the item on October 17,2020. I took the upper to the range on October 22 and the weapon failed to fire. I noticed the bolt was unable to fully close. The next day, I utilized a set of Go/No Go gauges and found the upper has not been properly head spaced. I was charged an additional $20 for assembly. The upper was obviously not tested by Davidson Defense and posed a serious threat of injury. After contacting the company, the staff member who answered the phone instructed me to forward photos demonstrating the problem and I would then receive pre-paid postage to return the product. I then received an email acknowledging recipt of my information, but no response providing return postage. BUYER BEWARE!

Davidson Defense is an awesome company with great customer service and even better pricing. There customer response time is the fastest ive ever seen. They are also very polite, understanding and patient. I was alittle confused on my order but they kept explaining it until i understood. LOL. (Been a long day). You cant go wrong with ordering from them. I've made about *** purchases with them over the past few years and everything has worked and shipped in a good time frame. No long waits for orders from them. Highly recommend Davidson Defense to everyone!

Davidson Defense is a poor ran company I ordered a upper and two lowers and random stuff they had on the website I got a partial order with the upper -8 weeks later none of the other stuff I had ordered I reached out to them that was no small feat and they stated they over sold there stock and was not sure when they would get it in I told them fine I would wait and asked about the other order i placed with the lowers they said it would be ready to ship in the next week.. 2 weeks later I received an email form Davidson Defense stating a mutual customer had bought from us and was looking for the FFL number..I called Dougs shoot n sport and they stated they sent that info in the end of Nov or beginning of Dec but sent it again in Jan. 1 week later I get a email (Hello Shane, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we had an issue with our website and inventory system syncing causing our inventory to be off. Unfortunately, we do not have the Davidson Defense Engraved Lower Receiver to fulfill your order. Would you be interested in store credit plus 5% or a full refund? Thank you, xxxxxx Dealer Support Coordinator) Stay away from this place it is a Joke...

What a great service rep. Im 77 years old and messed up completely making the wrong order. Spoke with *** and was very happy with her compassion and empathy.. I had turned an order in by mistake and canceled it... but unfortunately after canceling it I find my money is impounded several days on my debit card. Which means I am unable to make the actual order I want from DD. Lol. "CATCH 22" I'm afraid. Timing is important as I have medical issues and needed to get this done today.ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT OF DD and their good folks. Just an old fumbling man with palsy in my hands messing up. Lol. MY THANKS TO *** for her help and trying so hard to be of assistance to me. She deserves a raise or a fancy dinner someplace nice as a bonus for her outstanding customer service.

Davidson Defense Very good first experience with DD

Very good first experience with DD. I ordered a "Tallyhoo"(complete minus stripped lower) kit on 6/12. I ordered the stripped lower from PSA hour earlier. I also want to say that every single online seller and brick and mortar store have been swamped since covid-19, and now add on top the protests and riots. The shipping advisory on the DD website estimated delivery between 13-15 days. I received the well packed, discrete package in exactly 13 days. The lower from PSA arrived 4 days LATER. As I was building I thought they had left out the barrel nut, so I opened a support ticket online. They use zendesk, (that may be the best avenue for service since it can be tracked by multiple people) and I quickly received an acknowledgment e-mail back. Then I found the barrel nut in my hand guard, so I wrote them back to close the ticket. I completed my build last night and I was super happy that every single part and bit was there. I'm happy with the fitment and quality of all the pieces. But I'm really happy with the price, especially during these "sellout" times. I guess I got lucky? I'm rooting for DD to make everyone as happy as me. I will buy from again.

Best co. Ever there right on top of things. If I have a little nit pic it's when you order things that the Dems said will hurt the babies when you put in the state you live in a pic of my mom should pop up saying no. Other than that which they got with me the next day there great. Will I buy from them again yes. Will I tell family an friends yes. Will I vote out *** yes. Do trees grow out of green batteries? *** thinks they do. Me. Ain't seen that yet.

Davidson Defense I ordered an upper from Davidson Defense

I ordered an upper from Davidson Defense. When I received it the takedown pins would not fit do to the holes being slightly misaligned. After contacting the company and jumping though several hoops to prove it was faulty I told them I would like a refund. They said I would get a full refund including shipping if there was an issue with it. I Tried it on a total of 7 different lowers "Anderson, Smith & Wesson, and Bushmaster", it would not fit any of them. I also brought to the a Sheriffs Deputy who is a firearms instructor. He had the same issues, front takedown pin went in 1/4 of the way and could not get the rear to go in. I sent it back. They claim nothing is wrong with it, and they would send it back to me, give me store credit, or refund me minus 5%. I told them I did not want it back do to not knowing what was done to it to now make it work. I was not willing to take the chance of a catastrophic malfunction. I purchased a upper from a different company and it fit perfectly. Their suggestion was to purchase a different upper from them with a slimmer handguard. Do yourself a favor and check out a business before ordering and go with a reputable company.

My complaint is the requirement to submit a 'short' video describing my problem. This requirement must be easy for people with gigabit internet, I can only guess at this because I live in an area that is very rural, most internet speeds are dial up speed, even if you have DSL. I have satellite internet, and since there is a snow storm here, this complaint will prob take 10 minutes just to upload text, let alone a short video. There is even a possibility that it won't upload at all (even in good weather). I found the issue itself to be disheartening, being told i HAD to submit a short video of the issue before I could even go further in the return/repair process, leaves me deciding to buy another part, from someone else. I have never, in my 18 years of being a Type 07 FFL Holder, been told before by a company that they will not help me unless I jump through some hoop. Every company I have done business with in the past has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and in some instances, sent out a replacement part before I even got off the phone with them. I find myself in a position where I don't want to do business with Davidson Defense anymore. I also find myself in a position where a simple fix for a customer must now be put on hold until I can order another part for installation.

Customer service if fine. I wanted to know how i was guaranteed availability of my parts in the 27 buisness days from the date of ordering i dont know why everyone in here is bashing this company? I was ahold of someone on 10 minutes. I copied and pasted my conversation with them. Me - Order- DD-13***6 Hello, i wanted to ask about how you're products availability works in relation to your shipping times. I placed an order on 1/6 and in 25-27 buisness days it will be shiped out. I am woried that in 25-27 days, is there still going to be an upper receiver to asemble and send me? Im just looking for some sort of clarity on how my item is going be to guaranted availability to me in the 27 buisness days from now. C,S, - Hello! To explain, we have a system that when an order gets placed it takes the item from the stock pile of inventory and attaches the customers name to it and decreases the amount we have to offer. It does that with each part of the upper receiver. For example, if we have 38 items of something in our warehouse and someone places an order for that item it takes one off the availability and makes it 37 available and has the customers name on the one that was ordered. It just takes us a while because we hand pick each item and hand assembled each upper. I hope that makes more sense.

I have been building AR15's for over a year now and I have used a lot of companies for parts and supplies. I read a couple reviews about DD about a year ago after I ordered from them. There were some really bad reviews. I started worrying and then a couple days later my first of many orders arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and the quality of the parts I ordered. I now cant wait for the next email to come out to see what I may need from it. I trust these guys to do a good , fair job and supply about 60% of my supplies. I ordered 2 TacFire optics and a BCG from them on 9/7 and due to them moving there warehouse the order was delayed. It was not a big deal but I had ordered one of the TacFire optics for a weapon I am taking to a gun show tomorrow to sell. I received it today 9/17. For the usps that's fast. Only problem was one of the optics was missing from the order. I emailed them right away. I got a reply from Andy in a very short time. He said the order showed that only one of the optics was scanned and shipped so he needed nothing else to get it replaced. He , after about 4 hours , just sent me a tracking number for the item. Fast resolution and a very friendly guy that Andy. Cant give DD enough credit for doing everything to make there customer happy. Great job Andy. You deserve a raise!

On 10/23 2020 I order an in stock AR-15 upper, after my order was placed I was informed that due to covid-19 it would take between 24 -27 days to ship so after waiting for that period of time and no shipping notice I called them on Thurs 11/19 and got right though to speak to a rep and he informed me that only 20 business days had passed but the item would go out that day or maybe Friday, Monday or Tuesday. When I didn't receive a message after those days had passed I tried to call them several times but was either put on hold for what the recording said averaged two minutes while they found a person to transfer my call or was told that there was no one to take the call and to call back later. The two minute average lasted until I finally gave after sixteen minutes. I finally tried their store number and got right through but was told that I had called the wrong number but they would leave a message for the online dept to call but no call. I tried a couple more times but with no results so on Dec 2nd I called the store again and a rude person answered the phone and when I said that I was trying to reach the online sales dept He informed me that I had the wrong number and he had customers to tend to but he took my order number and said he would have them call me, still no call so I contacted my credit card co, and put in a disputed claim. I got tired of the runaround and them using my money forty days, but that is the last time I will order anything from them.

Davidson Defense I received an email advertisement from Davidson Defense for a product that was back in stock

I received an email advertisement from Davidson Defense for a product that was back in stock. I went onto their website and ordered all the units that were available. My credit card was charged and a receipt provided. Everything seemed normal. Three days later I get email informing me that they are refunding me for all but 3 of the units that I ordered. The stated reason is that the system had an error and it should not have been possible for me to order more than 3. I logged back into their site and looked at the item. Two things I noticed. The first was that the item STILL shows no limit on the number of units being ordered. I was able to proceed through checkout with more than three all the way to the final submit without any warning or removal of items from my cart. The second thing I noticed was that the price of the item was now 50% higher than when I made my purchase 3 days prior. I cannot make any claims about the intent of Davidson Defense or their motivations. I can say that on the surface, these actions APPEAR highly unethical. Since their entire stock was purchased within 5 minutes of their email blast, it APPEARS they decided they could make more money by offering the product at a higher price. It APPEARS that they canceled my order so they could make more money. It APPEARS that no changes have been made to their order processing that would prohibit someone from ordering more than 3. I was unwilling to complete the transaction with 4 items at the 50% higher price to determine if they would in fact ship me 4 units so I choose to draw no actual conclusions. The appearance is not good.

Davidson Defense Customer service is bad

I ordered from them over a month ago… everything but one item was in the box so I sent a email including a pic of what was in the box to simply just send the missing item or refund me …. So after plenty of emails with not a single reply with plenty of phone calls just to be put on hold or hung up on I’m over this I want my part or money back.. Order number: DD-280665 missing item

Davidson Defense Customer support

I made a $240 purchase a few weeks ago, had some issues with the website not allowing me to check out, I submitted a ticket and they got back to me very quick. I completed my purchase and thought all was well.

About a week later it said it has been delivered, but I did not receive anything. I’ve check with my neighbors and they haven’t received it either. I waited a few days and when it still didn’t arrive I submitted a ticket for my missing package. I waited a week for them to respond but they did not so I submitted another ticket and once again no response. I recently submitted another ticket with no response.

It seems like they are ignoring my tickets, I payed for the package insurance at check out and I would like to hear back from them to see what they can do about my missing package. It’s extremely frustrating trying to get help from Davidson defense and I will not be purchasing anything els from them.

Desired outcome: Please refund me for my missing package.

Davidson Defense I ordered parts through the website marked "IN STOCK", immediately after ordering I had issues finding my order on my account which to this day

I ordered parts through the website marked "IN STOCK", immediately after ordering I had issues finding my order on my account which to this day still doesn't show up as an order I placed that I can track but that is purely an annoyance at this point. After reaching out via email and trying to call with no one answering the phone not once with approximately 50 call attempts and maybe 5 messages left ( only to have the answering machine cut me off before completed) and multiple attempts to resolve the issue of where is my order, I feel I'm at the end of my rope. I ordered on 9/28 all in stock items with ZERO warning there may be shipping delays. After having issues with my account not showing my order but my money being extracted from my account without hesitation I am here on now 11/12 with my money taken and no products. I received auto reply emails saying my emails are received but only one instance where someone actually replied with 11/3 my order "should" ship. Again on 11/12 NO ORDER, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO IDEA WHEN I WILL RECEIVE ANYTHING.

Order was placed 12/9/22, order # RTCE6MKJA54P0CVJN0NMK0 Have tried to communicate with business about shipping, online states was in stock. Received a generic email about lead and shipping times. I tried to call the business, email two different accounts that I have found info online via the business and review complaints still nothing. At this point I would like a refund.

I ordered an upper kit on [protected]. Website says shipping is 4-6 business days. It is 12-30-2022 and still have not received shipping info or my product. I was charged for product on day of order. I have tried calling but always get a recording saying no one available to take my call. I have emailed a couple different employees and was told initially they would see if they could *** in a couple days. This was over a week ago. Emailed again and have not received any further response. It has been over 20 days since ordered and cant get anything from this business.

Placed an order (DD-261061) on December 11th, 2022. I received an email that my order was shipped out on December 14th, 2022. According to the email I received from Davidson Defense my complete order was shipped to the *** that I asked them to send my serialized item to. The *** received my serialized item on December 19th, 2022; but they did not receive any of my non-serialized items even though the email I received showed that everything had shipped. I have tried contacting Davidson Defense by phone, and they have a recording saying there are no customer service rep available. I have also sent in several emails through their website support with no response. I just want a response and my order fullfilled.

Davidson Defense Recently purchased a Complete AR15 Upper from this company and waited the 20+ business days as advertised for expectations of shipment

Recently purchased a Complete AR15 Upper from this company and waited the 20+ business days as advertised for expectations of shipment. Called Customer service several days after the timeframe for shipment, the "expected wait times" were in the 4-5min range and my call was promptly answered about 40 min after the hold... i was told that my parts would be shipped the next day, i asked for UPS shipping due to the current situations with the USPS, the CS Operator said that they would ship UPS, i was happy about that, until the next day i got the Tracking that pointed me to the USPS tracking... so 2 weeks go by and i still do not have my products... Whet they arrive i can tell that they weren't packaged properly, and as i confirmed i see that the AR upper was damaged and the Forward assist button was ground down on 1 side, obviously due to poor packaging. I had purchased the insurance recommended by their website, I promptly put in a customer service claim and i have not heard back from the company. I should have not given the benefit of the doubt and purchased from somewhere else

DD #*** I ordereda a complete side load 323 wylke 10 in. Pistol upper.It came without bolt and other parts to allow it to work. Davidson has always been good I think someone just screwed up. I just want the rest of the upper They won't respond to my email or answer phone. Call me at Phone

I purchased a charging handle from MMC Armory a subsidiary of Davidson Defense which did not fit the upper which I also purchased from MMC Armory. I contacted customer support and supplied the information they (***) requested that same day. Since then I have heard no response regarding a replacement even though Ive emailed and called multiple times. There is no answer at their customer support phone lines nor a response via email.. Please help resolve this issue or at least let others know of their lack of customer care. Thank you!

davidson defense, i ordered one binary trigger and one bolt carrier group. package came and was unopened and undamaged. when i opened it only the trigger and some crap card was in the envelope. was missing the bolt carrier group. contacted them by way of support page and sent them a email. i finally get a response from them first apologizing and asked if i could send a picture of what i DID receive. i took the picture and sent it to them. i than get a response by saying their "system" shows it was sent out. now they are saying because i didnt have the package protection option checked they cant help me once it leaves the warehouse. the package left the warehouse WITHOUT the BOLT CARRIER GROUP in it. i want my money back for the bolt carrier group or i want the product i ordered sent to me but based off almost every review i see that will never happed

Ordered *** dollars of product on December 1, 2022 on my credit card (order #DD-259565). I reached out to them on December 9 via email for an update and the response was the order would be fulfilled in 2 days. I have since tried to contact via email and their support chat (which is a joke) and absolutely no response. I have tried to call them for several days as well and their phone system is down. I am worried that they are going out of business and I will have to try to cancel my payment if nothing happens soon. Please advise as to what I should do.

I place order # DD-*** with Davidson Defense on 3/20 (11 days ago as of today) and while they responded with a standard email that shipping would be in 2 to 4 weeks due to the COVID-19 health crisis, which I fully understand, they have their phones set to automatically hang up on anyone who calls and you never get a response via email as well. As a business owner whose business is still operating during this crisis with a slightly reduced staff due to the state shutdown of schools and day care facilities, I understand that there may not be enough people to fully man the phones or conduct normal shipping operations but to have a phone system that simply hangs up on people with no explanation nor responding to an email at all is EXTREMELY unacceptable customer relations. The responses I have seen here on Complaintsboard.com to multiple complaints has been to cancel orders or otherwise pass the buck which are also EXTREMELY poor business practices. This was not my first purchase from Davidson Defense but it may very well be my last since other firearms manufacturers actually respond to their customers such as Classic Firearms, CDDN Sports, Anderson Manufacturing, and even MidwayUSA.

I bought a complete upper barrel assembly from them. The nut that holds the barrel on was only hand tight this could have resulted in severe injury or death as it is a high powered firearm. They sent me this email in response. " After conversing with the head Gunsmith and the *** and the current review of the cameras that monitor our staff, there is no way that the upper in questions had a hand tightened barrel nut, as the barrel nut was needed to be shimmed and placed correctly just for the handguard to fit correctly, the gunsmith who was in charge of this specific upper is very skilled nad has been making hundreds of uppers a week for the last several years. At this time, we believe that the issue is not with our staff, but at an attempt to deceive our company to receive a refund/free item this alleged barrel nut incident, we find it fit to no longer continue to do service with you. A note will be made in your account regarding the issue, and the investigation notes will be entered

Davidson Defense Back on 1/16, I purchased a Davidson Defense "Wolfman" AR-15 Upper Receiver 16" in 12.7x42mm caliber

Back on 1/16, I purchased a Davidson Defense "Wolfman" AR-15 Upper Receiver 16" in 12.7x42mm caliber. Order # DD-***. Upon receiving and assembly of this kit, I performed a bench test for function and safety, before test firing the rifle. During the bench test, I could not get the rifle to properly extract and eject rounds. I contacted Davidson on 3/17 by phone. I waited on hold for nearly an hour and spoke with "Abigail". I explained my issue with her and she suggested that I send a video to her for a technician to review the problem. I sent a video via email on 3/19. Abigail responded on 3/20 that the video was not attached to the email I sent. I attempted to email the video again on that date. I received no response and I emailed Abigail again on 3/31 and asked for a refund or send different parts, as I believed the originals were defective. I received no response. I emailed again on 4/5 and again stated that I believed the parts defective and unsafe. I have not received a response to that email either. I also tried to call their customer service number today during their business hour and received an automated voice message stating there were no customer service reps available and their phone disconnected me.

Purchased an "assembled" AR15 upper receiver & other parts on 12 Dec 20 from Davidson Defense for 299.98. The upper receiver was clearly damaged (bent hand rail) and the gas block was not correctly installed when it showed 12 Feb 21 I tried to contact DD thru email after a week of no response I called a did get through and acquired a shipping label and sent it back the same day 19 Feb 21. I received 224.00 back from a Ap***@deltatemtactical.com. both companies are the same address. I also look at my Davidson Defense account and the order has a -299.98 on it. Now I have 2 different refunds. I get no response to multiple emails or calling (during business hours) Davison Defense sent defective parts, improper install I would liked my 299.98 back without 5% restock fee D2 the damaged parts.

I waited another week called back and was told that they were waiting for the BCG group which they said the week before it was the upper. the CS gentleman was very nice and said he was sorry for the confusion...so I called back again on the august 6th after waiting another week talked to a nice lady she stated that it was the upper that was on back order and it should be in by the 10th of august ! But if it was not in on the 10th it would be another 2 weeks before another shipment comes in...and if not on that shipment another 2 week's. So we are over a month and nobody can give me a straight answer. now when I call I get nothing I request a call back nothing, I have emailed and get nothing,,, when I ordered the part's EVERYTHING was in stock it should be if you have it in stock and you order it with a credit card it should be pulled from the shelf and shipped, DD said your put in a QUE and when they part's are in they ship them... TOTALLY not ok...if it say's in stock ship it if it's not in stock simple fix SAY OUT OF STOCK... come on Davidson Defense fix your problem's because now your poor management issues are starting to become mine.

Davidson Defense On 10/26 I placed an order for several items described as "In Stock

On 10/26 I placed an order for several items described as "In Stock". I was charged immediately for the entire order and received an email stating my order was placed. I attempted to contact this company on 11/30 through their support portal requesting a status of my order. I did receive an automated response telling me to check their "shipping info" tab to see the latest information about shipping, and another automated email telling me to respond directly to the email if my order was beyond their estimated shipping times and they would respond to my concern. I did wait until I was at the 27 day point to respond to this email and received no further communication. My order status still shows "new" on my account page of their website. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their contact page multiple times with only a recording that says "no representatives are available" and then disconnected. When I did finally get placed on hold for about 15 minutes and then got to speak to a representative, I was told she would check with the warehouse about my order, but gave me no more information or explanation as to why I have received nothing about my order. At this point I am at 29 "business days" accounting for 2 extra days because of Thanksgiving from placing my order. I have received multiple sales emails advertising several of the same items I purchased, but nothing as to the status of my order.

Davidson Defense I ordered all the parts to build a firearm platform from Davidson

I ordered all the parts to build a firearm platform from Davidson. One of the parts, the upper assembly, of which I paid to have it assembled will not load a round. I bought the lowers from them, the bolt carrier group from them, and the charging handle. So everything for the build. I have not been responded to. I have emailed, I have called, I have facebooked, all without a response and they have a 14 day deadline. The product does not work. Without being able to exchange it, or speak to someone about my options, that 14 I believe at this point has expired. They have conveniently not responded during that time. I warned them I would be seeking recourse unless I was responded to, still nothing. I want to exchange the product for the same one, hoping that it loads the rounds. I have bought many items from them this season and to be not even responded to so the time runs out is predatory business practices and leaves me with the options to spend money to have a brand new product examined, and fixed or eat the $300 I spent on it. I want an exchange, or a refund of the product, and mostly I want a god *** response from them. They were more than happy to take my money, they have no customer service responses available at all, and I have a $300 upper paperweight that basically when all is totaled up cost me more around $700 in the full build. All I have is video, which you wont let me upload, but they have been sent via email and

Davidson Defense I ordered an item on July 22nd, and the funds were withdrawn on July 24th

I ordered an item on July 22nd, and the funds were withdrawn on July 24th. I emailed the company on July 25th requesting to have my order canceled, and received only an automated message. I never received my funds nor the item. On August 25th a representative emailed me finally and said "I am so sorry for the late response. It looks like the upper with the charging handle and dust cover were not shipped yet. Would you still like this order cancelled?" i said "if they can send it quickly then do so" on the same day the representative sent the email. Then on Aug 28th I sent another email asking "whats going on? are they going to send it or if they are going to refund me?" They have received multiple emails from me since August 25th and given me NO RESPONSE. They also have a call center they like to boast on their online store instead of calling them directly that says "The reason for this is to provide a better customer experience for you." I can assure you that it does not provide a better experience as all you hear when you call is "there is no customer service representative to take your call" before the call ends. In short, they are not able to be consistent in communication, I have no idea if they are processing, shipping or refunding my money. I've called and I have emailed more than anyone should have. This is something that someone working from home can do, its as easy as replying to an email. if they don't care to answer me, I don't want to do business with them.

Davidson Defense On 11/27 I placed order# *** with Omega Tactical Distribution (which is also Delta Team Tactical, Davison Defense)

On 11/27 I placed order# *** with Omega Tactical Distribution (which is also Delta Team Tactical, Davison Defense). The order arrived late and incomplete. One item in the order was incorrect.. Over the course of several days and emails, OTD realized and admitted to their mistake and stated that they would locate the correct item and ship it to me. Since then (Dec 17, 2020 13:43 MST) no once from that company can be reached via email or phone which is stated to be primary and only ways to reach the above mentioned company. I've made multiple calls being on hold for a running total of 2 hours and 34 mins and counting as this is being composed. I've sent numerous emails since 12/17 to Omega Tactical Dist. In both cases, no one from the company can be reached. I have emails, pictures and receipts that verify that I was sent the wrong item. What appears to worse then all of the aforementioned thus far is what was sent to me as opposed to the correct item. The stock that was sent and told to me by Jacob B of OTD was to be firearms grade parts. The stock sent in this case wasn't fire arms grade. It was very similar to a stock from an airsoft gun, which is not a fire arm, it is a toy. To ensure that this instance was just isolated to myself, I contacted a friend who also purchased the same stock as advertised by OTD. He too was sent the very same "incorrect" stock. OTD , admittedly through email has stated that the image used in the advertisement was incorrect. This image and the description that matched it, was what myself and others purchased. It appears that Omega Tactical Dist, either through negligence or intentionally, is shipping incorrect parts while advertising another. What's more is that the parts they are shipping in lieu of the advertised ones are toy parts and can only be found on websites that contain only airsoft parts and accessories. I can provide picture and receipt evidence of both my order and the unnamed friends order being the same. SHAME

Davidson Defense I have tried to reach this company on multiple occasions

I have tried to reach this company on multiple occasions. On 4/6, I placed an order of their Giga Wing pistol upper and prompted them to send it unassembled so i could do it myself. I received my order on 4/11. i immediately opened the package and discovered that the actual upper was not in the package. Also, it was not even on the packing slip, so somewhere something got messed up. I immediately sent an email, was responded to by their generic email that does not pertain to anything, and i responded back to that email explaining my problem and attaching a picture of the packing slip. I then received a second email stating that my request has been received and that it is being reviewed by their support staff. This is the last contact that I had heard from them. Since then I have called countless times, requested countless call backs, I sent a second separate email re-explaining everything, and I have even gone on their website and filled out the chat thing they have and I have still not heard from them. There is zero contact or effort made by Davidson Defense. On 4/13 at approximately 3:55pm, I contacted the actual storefront and spoke with the guy that was running the counter. He explained to me that he has nothing to do with this, but he took all of my information, my order number and said he would hand deliver it to the customer service department (kudos to this guy, I do not remember his name, but he definitely gets my appraise for actually trying to do something about it). Since then though, I still have had zero contact with the customer service department and i have tried to call and call and call. This is as simple as looking at my packing slip that I sent (should you need to review it to make sure im not lying) and putting my upper I need in a box and shipping it to me! I understand that it has been a hectic time with everything going on in the world, but it should not take 10 days and counting for the customer service department to get back to me. Side note... I sent an email in regards to some questions to Palmetto State Armory and they responded to me within a day to get it resolved. If they can do than so can you.

Davidson Defense I made a purchase of goods and services on the Davidson Defense website

I made a purchase of goods and services on the Davidson Defense website. $433.54 on 8/11. The purchase payment was made with my debit visa card through US Bank and funds were promptly pulled from the account for the online transaction. Goods were shipped and delivered several weeks later and took some time due to covid situation and supply delays. But in all, very satisfied with the goods and services. Made another purchase on October 9th of $55 dollars making the payment in the same fashion. Goods shipped and delivered and again, a satisfying transaction. On Thursday October 15th, I was contacted by a collection agency claiming to represent Davidson Defense to collect a debt from of $309. Taken back, knowing that I payed with my debit card, I told the caller to pound sand and thought this was a scam and DD had their system hacked. On Friday the 16th, I made an online entry to Davidson Defense customer service with no response. I then contacted customer support via phone. To my surprise, they did in fact say I owed them money due to the fact that there was a "charge back" to them from my credit card. I then checked my account, found nothing. Then went to US bank office and sat with them to review the situation. The bank representative confirmed with me that there was no charge back posted to my account and that there was some form of error or misunderstanding on the Davidson defense side. In have repeated contacted the customer support department and continue to get the same response. On friday afternoon, they ensured me that the accounting department would call me first thing in the morning on Monday the 19th to work through the details. In the meantime, another call from the collection agency. I called customer service back and they refuse to let me talk to management or anyone else to get this resolved. They continue to tell me to pay the collection agency or send the goods back. I cannot send the goods back as I have already assembled and used the goods in the interim. This is very frustrating that I cannot be contacted with the accounting or management team to see this through and call off collections as I have paid in full. I can provide documentation from US Bank if necessary. Thanks for your time!

Great deals on what appears to be good quality.. I haven’t run anything hard yet.., the shipping time varies but still within the time frames specified… if you want it tomorrow, go to your LGS… but so far, these guys have treated me right
