Recently moved out July 31,2023. Moved into my other home July 1st so had the property empty. Cleaned carpets etc had the home tenant ready as it was a new build home and we were 1st in it.so it was easy to turn over. Waited patiently for deposit in the mail nothing until I emailed them this morning. Got an email with outrageous 630.00 carpet fee

lock box and rently install (the home did not have one when we moved in it was managed by different company)300.00

350.00- to clean…(I cleaned for 28 days.,,I was there for lunch everyday as it’s close to my job, It was spotless)

Deadbolt-240.00 (what?) it had a deadbolt

They basically robbed me and my family and I have to sadly go to court. I had a bodies inspector upon move in and move out.sad they would do this. Never been robbed before. 1950.00 reduced to 499.29 that they say will be mailed. And it’s the 29th. I read the reviews and I am a true victim now as well…..Someone has got to stop this! Beware..,,I kept a pristine home and paid rent early for 2 years at that property it can and will happen to you.,,,beware

Desired outcome: I should not have to pay for lock box and rently Blue install and sync. Prev. Mgt company did not have these upon us moving in. And carpets were cleaned and deadbolts in place and working why 240.00 for a deadbolt and 630 carpet cleaning?
