CycleProtectionProducts.com review: Purchased atv box

I ordered an ATV storage box from this company on 2/7/22. After 2 weeks my order still said processing so I wrote an email for an update and never heard back. A week later u wrote another email saying that if I didn't get some sort of update I would be canceling my order. I received an email back from Scott saying "cancelled".

I sent a response asking why and then called the company. Scott answered and I told him I wanted to know what was happening and he said "are you the @sshole who just email?" I said yes and he said "well then why are you calling me? I ain't giving you [censored]. Don't f*king call me again" and then hung up on me.

I called back right away and Scott answered and immediately said "don't F*king call me again". This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced from a business and I'm beginning to believe they're just a scam. I have since discovered they never actually charged me, but I don't want anyone else taken advantage of. At best Scott's business is horrible maintained and your lucky if you get your product. At worst it's a scam.
